Founded in 1907, the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is a state institution located in the city of Conway, Arkansas. UCA’s most famous alumnus is former NBA star Scottie Pippen. With enrollment of nearly 12,000 and a student to faculty ratio of 19 to 1, UCA offers more than 100 undergraduate courses of study, more than 30 master’s degree programs and 5 doctoral programs. UCA is the highest ranked Arkansas public university among regional universities in the South. The Intensive English Program (IEP) at UCA is a four-level academic program in English as a Second Language. It helps students acquire the skills needed to succeed in American colleges and universities. The majority of UCA IEP students transition seamlessly into our numerous
