Competitions and Events For bakery & pastry professionals 24 & 25 April, Singapore Expo, Hall 1 The largest ‘live’ pastry competition in Asia and at the East of Europe, the Asian Pastry Cup (APC) pits top pastry chefs against one another and culminates in a display of the most delightful and beautiful pastry creations, igniting creativity and interest in this culinary art. APC also serves as the official preselection platform for the World Pastry Cup / Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Lyon, France in 2019. 12 top teams made up of top-ranked pastry professionals will prepare and present a chocolate showpiece, a sugar showpiece, 18 plated desserts and 2 chocolate cakes. For new registrants, please allow 5 working days for your self-printed badge instructions to be sent to you.

To ease your arrival at either of the show venues, both Suntec Singapore and Singapore Expo are conveniently served by MRT and public buses. You can also reach the venues easily by taxi. For more information, log on to www.foodnhotelasia.com. Do refrain from driving as traffic congestion will be expected due to limited parking lots at both show venues. Free shuttle bus services will also loop between Suntec Singapore and Singapore Expo during show hours.

Admission Guidelines - Admission to the exhibition is strictly for professionals in the food and hospitality trade only. - General public and minors below the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter. - An admission fee of SGD80 is applicable to visitors who are not holders of pre-registration confirmation letters or complimentary admission tickets. - Visitor badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. - Your FHA2018 admission badge will allow you entry to the FHA2018 exhibition halls at both Singapore Expo and Suntec Singapore, as well as ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018, on all four days of the exhibition. A separate registration is not required.
