Panopto is a video hosting solution for your self-created video and audio files. Panopto is also available via Blackboard, allowing you to access and work directly in Panopto, while still in your Blackboard course. You can also embed your videos and audio into your Blackboard courses, after they have been uploaded to Panopto.
Logging into Panopto Video
In addition to accessing Panopto via Blackboard (recommended - see below), you can log directly into Panopto Video at https://uafs.hosted.panopto.com. Log in with your UAFS email. Users will need to select the “Microsoft Azure” option.

To Embed
a Panopto Video in a Course Folder or Learning Module
1. In your Blackboard course, open the folder or learning module where you want to add the video. Move your cursor over the course items divider until the Add Content (+) button appears, then select it to insert the video at that position.
2. Click Content Market.
3. From the Content Market four Panopto features are offered. To insert a video, select the Panopto Embed option.
4. Select the radio box of the video clip to insert.
5. With a video selected the Video Embed Options dropdown menu appears. Click Video Embed Options.
6. Change the settings for Start At and/or select Interactivity mode. If needed.
Start At setup a new starting point for the video. This is useful if the initial frames are not needed or contain unnecessary content. The Interactivity option add or remove interactive elements to the video player.
7. If needed, select the check boxes for Autoplay, Enable “Watch in Panopto, Show title, Show logo and/or Show Captions, and click Insert.
8. Using the double columns of dots on the left side of the video title you can drag the video up or down in the course content area.
9. Drag the link to the location on the Course Menu where you want it.
