LPG, CNG OR LNG EMPLOYEES MUST CARRY RRC-ISSUED CERTIFICATION CARDS Businesses licensed to engage in LPG, CNG or LNG activities in Texas are required to provide their employees RRC-issued certification cards to their certified employees. Certified employees are required to have the cards on hand and present it to RRC staff or agents upon request. The licensee is advised to maintain a copy of their employees’ certification cards.
