Dylan McClure, Director of Behavioral Health

Dylan McClure

Hello! My name is Dylan and I am the new Behavioral Health Director. I received my Masters of Social Work Degree from Humboldt State University in 2017, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to coming to Two Feathers, I most recently worked at UIHS providing counseling services to youth, adults, and couples. I have 17 years’ experience working within the nonprofit and human services sector in Humboldt County with particular focus on addiction and youth issues. I am passionate about lifting up those with lived experience in the work of healing trauma, and ending cycles of addiction and violence. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a guest on Native Land, and to work in collaboration with others in supporting tribal youth to achieve mental wellness.

Tasha Kahoalii, Clinical Case Manager

Tasha Kahoalli

Aloha! My name is Tasha Kahoalii, I am the Clinical Case Manager at Two Feathers. I earned my BASW from Humboldt State University in 2018 and went on to earn my MSW from Ohio State University in 2019. I am born and raised in Humboldt County and have a deep passion to assist in strengthening this community, in particular, by supporting and advocating for those who are too often unheard and underserved. I am always humbled and amazed by the resiliency I encounter in others from day to day and I am grateful for the vulnerability and trust I am given as a listener and an ally. I have a personal understanding of the challenges and barriers that exist for many within societal power structures, and this feeds my desire to assist people in reclaiming a sense of control and say when they must navigate these systems. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Two feathers, and I strive to implement humility, open mindedness, nonjudgement, acceptance, empathy, and compassion in my daily interactions and work.

Antonio Barillas, Mental Health Clinician

Antonio Barillas

Buenas! My name is Antonio Barillas, I am a new Mental Health clinician at Two Feathers. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Humboldt State University. I was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, with my family roots in Guatemala, and moved to Humboldt County 4 years ago for the nature and the tranquility that comes with it. I am deeply passionate in working within communities who have been historically/currently disenfranchised and not allowed to thrive due to systematic oppressions. I am excited for the opportunity to work with Two Feathers who shares my vision as well as being a part of a team that values and respects culture and the families and community we serve.

Rachel Fusi, Administration Manager

Rachel Fusi and children

Hello! My name is Rachel Fusi, I am the new Administrative Manager here at Two Feathers. I was born and raised in Humboldt County where I am now raising my 3 children with my husband Zac. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Humboldt State University and a Masters in Recreation Administration from Sacramento State University. During my undergraduate years I had the amazing opportunity to travel the world on a Semester at Sea. This opportunity opened my eyes to a whole new world, literally. I was able to immerse myself in many different cultures observing and participating in different family dynamics. While I am new to the Two Feathers Team, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with an amazing group of individuals who have already taught me so much!

Danielle Anderson, Cultural Coordinator

Daielle Anderson and daughter

My name is Danielle and I am the new Cultural Coordinator. I am passionate about supporting families, especially those with babies and young children, in tapping into our inherent strengths in order to be attuned and connected in a good way to our little ones, ourselves, and our communities. It is particularly important to me to support families in understanding the way stress and trauma can impact our relationships, bodies, and spirits in order to support healing and wellness. I love working with so many people I know and genuinely love, who are so deeply connected and committed to their place and community. I am constantly inspired by this team’s passion for serving youth and their families in culturally responsive and creative ways.

Kara Clower, Director of Operations

Kara Clower

Hi! My name is Kara and I was born and raised in Humboldt County, now raising three beautiful young ladies. I spent a couple of years teaching in elementary schools and I cherish those years and the relationships the students and I made. My career took a turn and landed me in business. I recently graduated from Sonoma State University with a Masters in Business Administration. I am passionate about focusing on the human element in business while improving systems and developing teams so we can all have a greater impact on reducing unnecessary suffering in our Native communities. I am looking forward to building relationships and learning from our community members! I am honored and I could not be more excited to be a part of this team.
