IMH is accepting additional investors into Cimarron Ridge.
Each $100,000 investment will earn a 9% priority return, paid quarterly over the life of the investment, and a0.4% share of IMH’s profit at the time of sale. The investor’s projected multiple on investment capital (MOIC)is 2.4 with a 21.5% IRR.
