Edited Thank You Letter
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Liberia and The International Women’s Colloquium secretariat we would like to take the opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your commitment and tireless support to the <Full Colloquium Name>. We are deeply grateful for your participation as well as for your recognition of the importance of supporting such a historical event in Liberia.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Liberia and the Office of the Secretariat for the International Colloquium on Women's Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security, we would like to extend our most sincere appreciation for your commitment and dedication to the Colloquium.
It is through the help of friends like you, that we are able to facilitate a successful event, which will leave a positive and memorable impact on Liberia and the hundreds of international guests that visited the country. Maybe mention the Monrovia declaration that came out of the event to show significant results. (the Monrovia declaration was drawn out by the theme leads in conclusion of the event) I attached it. Also you can probably add something about it in the sponsor letter along where we include info about Angie Brooks. Again, thank you for making this mission a reality. Sincerely,
It is individuals like you, who worked continually in tireless support, to which the Colloquium owes its success. We were successful not only in the promoting the goals of the Colloquium, but also in showing our international guests and the rest of the world that Liberia is capable of greatness. Without your input, your skilled efforts, and your continued devotion to the mission of the Colloquium, we could not have pulled of such an historic event. As was mentioned in the Monrovia Declaration, "We came together as leaders celebrating our achievements, solidifying our commitment to work together for change, reassessing our efforts, and strategizing to achieve greater success." Let us continue to stand in solidarity to see these objectives fully realized, as mothers, business owners, leaders, and proud citizens of the world. Again, thank you for making this mission, our mission, a reality. Sincerely
