Dimpled Skirt:

ROUND-EDGE SKIRT
The TUSA mask features a round mold, special cross-sectionally shaped skirt fitting line (the outer end part of the silicone skirt touching the face) and molded by rolling the edge to the outside. When the skirt portion of the mask touches the face, the conventional mask is fitted with thin edge lines (Fig. 1), whereas with the TUSA mask, round-edge skirt is fitted on the face (Fig. 2), resulting in a soft-fit suppressing pressure and reducing creasing left on the face. This “planar fit, instead of linear fit” silicone skirt maintains a great seal and unprecedented comfort.

The Hyperdry System keeps the main pipe dry by ejecting water through an independent escape pipe. This unique design utilizes the angle of the snorkel pipe and the resilience of the water surface to eject water.
COMFORT SWIVEL

BLADE LENGTH
With conventional diving fins, as the foot pocket size increases, the blade size also increases, resulting in insufficient kicking underwater. For SF - 22, however the blade size remains relatively compact even when the foot pocket size increases, resulting in comfortable and efficient kicking.
COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH WITH TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
TUSA R&D team conducted collaborative research on propulsion evaluation with the Tokyo Institute of Technology during the fin development. Analysis of information on fins such as fin shape, flexural hardness (static load), rebound resilience (dynamic flexibility), in addition to diver’s physique (body shape) and joint movement (swimming direction) was studied. The SF - 22 Solla fin was the result of persistant scientific evaluation tests such as swimming speed, thrust, propulsion efficiency, and joint torque.

The dry ambient pressure chamber on the R-700 prevents water contact with the diaphragm and spring maximizing performance, at any depth, in cold water conditions below 50° F / 10° C.
IDEAL FOR COLD WATER ENVIRONMENTS
The R-700 is engineered for cold water diving. It features a ribbed top cap section that acts like a radiator to increase the surface area for heat transfer. This design allows warming of the critical internal first stage parts that can freeze due to the gas pressure drops and low temperatures.
HIGH FLOW PORTS
Two (2) high flow low pressure ports are available on the R-700 in addition to two (2) standard LP ports and two (2) HP ports. The high flow ports are positioned near the diaphragm and offer up to a 15% increase in air flow.
2ND STAGE
PNEUMATICALLY BALANCED SYSTEM
The S-90 second stage is a pneumatically balanced design. A small chamber positioned at the end of the poppet assembly traps air and forces the poppet back against the intermediate pressure orifice. This provides decreased inhalation resistance and increases smooth breathing in all conditions.
VENTURI ADJUSTMENT LEVER
The S-90 is equipped with a built-in Venturi adjustment lever. Two (2) positions are selectable by the diver. Use Surface or the minimum setting when entering the water or on the surface, reducing the sensitivity and possible free flow of the second stage. Use the Dive or maximum setting for maximum air flow during the dive.

Quick and smooth speed control is now at your finger tip. Speed adjustments are made via an accelerator lever that changes the rotational speed of motor while vehicle is in use. MASKS
Freedom Technology
Freedom Technology is Four technologies to enhance fit and performance exclusive to TUSA. Freedom model masks feature a dimpled skirt surface with varied silicone thicknesses and stability ridges in addition to a proprietary low-friction skirt surface on the fitting line.
180 Buckle System
The buckle rotates a full 180 degrees to accommodate varying head sizes for optimum fit. The thin frame and rotation of the buckle allows the mask to be folded into a compact size.
3D Mask Strap
TUSA’s patented 3D Strap is a true three-dimensional design that snugly fits against the head’s natural curvature. The 3D strap offers unprecedented comfort and fit unlike standard flat mask straps.
Angle Strap Adjustor
The Five (5) Angle Strap Adjustor allows for a five position micro-adjustment on both the left and right sides of the mask. This enables vertical (up/down) and horizontal (left/right) pressure on the face to be delicately adjusted for the optimum fit.
Anti-Reflective (A/R) Lens Treatment
TUSA’s Anti-Reflective (A/R) Lens Treatment decreases internal and external reflected light. This reduction increases light transmission to 95% resulting in significantly enhanced color, clarity, contrast and better overall vision underwater.
Corrective Lens
Corrective Lenses are offered on several styles of masks. This option allows the diver to choose right and left lens powers in both a variety of diopters for maximum flexibility and for a custom fit.
SNORKELS
Comfort Swivel
The Comfort Swivel adapter makes it possible to slip the mask strap into the slit with no hassles. The two-part construction allows the snorkel to rotate and can be attached in a horizontal position.
High Flow Purge
The High Flow Purge design used on TUSA snorkels offers a covered large diameter purge valve for simple, quick clearing, reducing the amount of water remaining in the mouthpiece in an instant.

Active Pivoting System
The combination of uniquely positioned holes that reduce drag while maintaining constant propulsion and the built-in fin stop creates a soft kick that produces great power.
Anatomic Fin Strap
The AFS is anatomically shaped to offer a balance of flexibility and control to increase comfort, power transfer and to significantly reduce heel slippage found in many standard flat fin straps.
Angled Blade Design (A.B.D.
The Angled Blade Design accommodates for this anatomical characteristic and ensures maximum efficiency throughout the kicking cycle.
Bungee Strap
The heavy duty elastic fin strap provides easy donning and doffing of fins. The quick adjustment accommodates five (5) adjustable positions.
EZ Strap and Buckle System
TUSA’s EZ strap and Buckle System allows fins to be quickly and easily adjusted with minimal effort. Adjustment can be made while the fins are worn, allowing for a precise fit and ease of removal when necessary.

Teflon Coated Plate
The Teflon Coated Plate prevents “dry mouth.” Condensation forms on the brass plate adding moisture to the dry air released from scuba cylinders.
Click Spring Adjustment
The Click Spring Adjustment feature is exclusive to TUSA. It is a five (5)-position adjustment knob designed to better control breathing resistance.
CrystalView Optical Glass
CrystalView optical glass lenses provide superior clarity, color and transmission of light over standard glass lenses used by the competition. Up to 15% of available light can be lost with a standard glass lens due to impurities and reflectivity. TUSA’s CrystalView lenses transmit up to 95% of available light to the diver for clear crisp vision. CrystalView lenses are used in all PRO models masks
Hyperdry Purge
Clearing a mask has never been easier thanks to our patented Hyperdry System. Simply breathe out through your nose and any water that has accumulated in your mask is forced out through a one-way purge valve. Once the mask is clear, the valve seals shut.
Panoramic View
Panoramic View masks feature a variety of designs offering an incredibly wide fieldof-view. Several designs incorporate minimum frame volumes, domed side-windows, reduced frame structures as well as three and four window styles for maximum vision.
Quick-Adjust Buckle System
The Quick-Adjust Buckle System incorporates a newly-designed low-profile buckle. The result is a compact, lightweight, technologically advanced mask design that can be easily and quickly adjusted for a perfect fit.
Round Edge Skirt
TUSA’s Round Edge Skirt features a proprietary round edge cross-sectionally shaped skirt. This rounded edge results in a soft fit that suppresses pressure and reduces creasing left on the face. The “planar fit, instead of linear fit” silicone skirt maintains great fit and unprecedented comfort.
UV Lens Treatment
TUSA’s UV Lens Treatment provides 100% protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Blocking of the ultraviolet spectrum (under 400nm) provides greater eye protection without sacrificing light transmission or vision.

Propeller Technology
TUSA’s advanced split fins employ Propeller-Fin™ Technology, which delivers ultrahigh performance with a low amplitude rapid flutter kick. As the fin moves through the water its two wing-shaped surfaces create lift and forward propulsion like a propeller. Efficiency is increased while drag and effort is reduced.

Six (6) performance ridges positioned behind the blade vent reduce resistance, creating a smoother and more efficient kick cycle.
Cold Water Ready
The Cold Water Ready feature enables the diver to use the regulator in water temperatures below 50° F / 10° C.
Environmentally Sealed 1st Stage
The use of a secondary diaphragm and piston sealing the 1st stage preventing contamination or freezing when the regulator is submersed in contaminated or freezing water.
Ortho-Conscious Mouth Piece
The Ortho-Conscious Mouth Piece feature prevents jaw fatigue. The ridges and flexible material allow the diver to have more control of the mouth piece and reduces tension in the jaw.
Pneumatically Balanced 2nd Stage
A balance chamber added to the regulator 2nd stage, providing equal pressure to both sides of the LP seat greatly reducing inhalation effort.

Sequence Exhaust Assist System
The Sequence Exhaust Assist System gives the diver less resistance when exhaling due to its unique double exhaust design. The diver experiences smooth breathing cycles reducing air consumption and fatigue.
Swivel Hose
The Swivel Hose gives maneuverability to the 2nd stage. The hose can rotate 360 degrees allowing it to move freely with the diver’s head motions.
B.C.JACKETS
3D Hybrid Cubic Air Cell
The 3D Hybrid Cubic Air Cell combines the features of a wrap-around style BCJ and a back-inflation BCJ into a unique streamlined hybrid design. The air cell offers increased lift capacity over standard back-inflation jackets and a more streamlined, comfortable fit underwater and on the surface.
Active Purge Assist (A.P.A.)
Exclusive to TUSA, the Active Purge Assist is a pneumatically assisted power inflator. Using a piston, the power inflator activates a stainless steel cable connected to the shoulder dump valve. The APA assures a quick response when deflating air from the BC.
Advanced Weight Loading System II (A.W.L.S. II)
The 2nd generation A.W.L.S. continues to enhance TUSA weight integrated BC jackets by incorporating an ergonomic handle grip and quick-lock feature. Release the weight cartridges with ease by simply turning the handle grip vertically 90° in either direction.
Advanced Weight Loading System III (A.W.L.S. III)
A secure single locking integrated weight system that allows you to quickly and easily secure your weight pockets.
DIVE COMPUTERS / GAUGES
4 Gas Mix
This advanced feature allows the diver to preset four individual gas mixtures (Mix 1, Mix 2, Mix 3, Mix 4) from 21-100% for easy switching during the dive.
2 Gas Mix
This feature allows the diver to preset two Nitrox gas mixtures (Mix 1 and Mix 2) for easy switching during the dive as necessary. Mix 1: 21 to 50%, Mix 2: 21 to 99%.
Altitude Smart Mode
The Altitude Smart Mode allows the computer to automatically adjust for altitude diving.
Audible Alarm
TUSA’s computers feature Audible and Visual Alarms for the most important dive data warnings. Ascent rate, maximum depth, no decompression limits, safety stop and several other key data can be set to alert the diver.
Backlit Display
Several TUSA computer instruments feature a Backlit Display for night diving or low-light situations. The bright backlight is activated by a touch of a button and the duration can be set for up to 10 seconds in length enabling the diver to view critical dive data easily and quickly.
Bluetooth ® SMART
Bluetooth ® SMART technology enables smartphones or tablets with the Diving LOG app downloaded to receive dive log data from the IQ1204 DC Solar Dive Computer via Bluetooth ®

Independent Harness System (I.H.S.)
The Independent Harness System isolates the BC jacket’s harness from the air cell, tightly supporting the tank even with changes in air cell inflation/deflation. The I.H.S. prevents tank slippage and eliminates any gaps between the tank and your back.
RiteTite Buckle
The RiteTite Buckle is a two (2)-position cam strap for quick and easy adjustment. While the strap is being looped through the buckle, the buckle stays in place without needing to be held. This allows for more control and stability. This feature is part of all TUSA BC’s.
Ultimate Stabilizing Harness (U.S.H.)
TUSA’s Ultimate Stabilizing Harness completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. The U.S.H. securely holds the air cylinder in place with optimally placed rails and brings the tank closer to the body increasing tank control while reducing weight.
Waist Support System (W.S.S.)
The Waist Support System significantly enhances comfort and fit by dispersing the weight load around the hips. The W.S.S. integrates the adjustable shoulder harness system with the rear stabilizing plate and cummerbund to effectively unload the hips while ensuring a snug fit.
Free Dive Mode
The Free Dive Mode calculates dive times and surface intervals for free diving.
Optional Deep Stop
An optional safety stop on No Deco dives exceeding a depth of 80 feet.
PC Downloadable
TUSA’s PCLogbook, TUSA DataLog PC, and DiverLog Mac interfaces allow the diver to transfer complete log and profile history from the dive computer to a personal computer or upload user settings to the computer. A PC interface unit is sold separately.
Solar Rechargeable
