Online Sales
We allow the sale of our products via your own website; we do ask that you credit each listing with our brand name. Selling our products on third party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, and so on is prohibited and may result in the closure of your account.
Backorders
In the event an item on your order is out of stock or backordered, it will be noted on your shipment invoice, either with an estimated ship date, or as a cancelled & refunded SKU.
Returns & Exchanges
DIRECT:
All returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests should be made by email. If there’s an error with your order, please contact us at orders@turtlessoup.com with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of it for you as soon as possible.
REP GROUP /OUTSIDE SALES:
Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to your local sales rep. Any returned products must be returned in their original, unopened (if applicable) condition. Please notify us within 5 business days should you require a return or exchange.
Shipping & Turnaround
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days, via USPS Priority and/or USPS Parcel Select Ground. We’re able to ship via UPS and/or FedEx accounts, as needed. Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure your order goes out with your preference. Domestic (U.S.) orders always receive free shipping!
Custom Design Work
On occasion, we’re able to take custom work including logos, murals, branding packages, stickers, etc. This is always on a case-by-case basis and contingent upon our creative calendar. Long-time customers receive first priority for design work. If you are interested in custom work for your store or brand, please reach out to our Creative Director, Melanie, at melanie@turtlessoup.com

Our products are assigned a SKU and UPC, but do not include ticketing by default. Barcoding and product labeling is by request, which can be made with your sales rep or by emailing us at wholesale@turtlessoup.com with your order number. An additional surcharge may apply.
