By ordering with Turtle’s Soup, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that have been outlined either in this catalog or on our website. We reserve the right to stop the sale of our products to any stores that do not comply.
Opening & reorder minimums are $200 (USD).
We may offer Net 30 or 60 terms upon request, following an opening order. Any questions about your order should be submitted via email to orders@turtlessoup.com or to your local sales rep.
We allow the sale of our products via your own website, but do ask that you credit each listing with our brand name. Selling our products on third party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, and so on is prohibited and may result in the closure of your account.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days, via USPS Priority and/or USPS Parcel Select Ground. We are able to ship via UPS and/or FedEx accounts, as needed. Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure your order goes out with your preference. Domestic (U.S.) orders always receive free shipping!
DISPLAYS & PACKAGING
Need a display? We have numerous options! From our 16 and 25-pocket countertop units, to 30-pocket wall displays, we have you covered when it comes to showing off new stickers in your shop. Opening orders will receive a free 16-pocket display with purchase of 150 vinyl stickers
Barcoding and product labeling is by request. Each of our products is assigned a unique SKU and UPC, but does not include ticketing by default. Requests can be made with your sales rep and/or by emailing us at wholesale@turtlessoup.com with your order number and ticketing preference. A small additional surcharge may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DIRECT:
We ask that all returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests be made by email to orders@turtlessoup.com. If there’s an error with your order, please contact us at orders@turtlessoup.com with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of it for you as soon as possible.
REP GROUP/OUTSIDE SALES:
Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to your local sales rep. Any returned products must be returned in their original, unopened (if applicable) condition. Please notify us within 5 business days should you require a return or exchange.
In the event that an item on your order is out of stock or backordered, it will be noted on your shipment invoice, either with an estimated ship date, or as a cancelled & refunded SKU.
CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
Contingent upon our calendar, our team is able to take on custom design work; including logos, murals, branding packages, custom stickers, digital work, and other products. Long-time customers tend to receive first priority for design work.
