Waterville, Oakland summer meals available for area kids WATERVILLE — Free nutritious meals and snacks will be available to children in Waterville and Oakland through mid-August through the Summer Food Service Program. The Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCA of Greater Waterville at the Alfond Youth & Community Center are again participating in the program, which provides meals to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Meals will be provided first come, first served until Aug. 14 at:
