Balsamic Glaze

Drizzle

Ingredients 1 cup balsamic vinegar ⅓ cup honey

Directions 1. Pour balsamic vinegar and honey into Chef Series Saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until reduced by half. 2. Let cool to fully thicken and pour into Deco Pen.

Chocolate

Drizzle

Ingredients ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Directions 1. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a the 1 Cup Micro Pitcher and heat until melted, 2-3 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds. 2. Pour into the Deco Pen.

Kiwi Coulis

Ingredients 4 ripe kiwis peeled and cut into pieces. ¼ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions 1. In a Chef Series Saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Pour into the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment and purée until smooth, strain, and set aside to cool. 3. Pour into the Deco Pen. 4. Store remainder in a sealed container.

Peach Coulis

Ingredients 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces. ¼ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions 1. In a Chef Series Saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Pour in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra and purée until smooth, strain, and set aside to cool. 3. Pour into the Deco Pen. 4. Store remainder in a sealed container.

Raspberry Coulis

Ingredients ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries ¼ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions 1. In a Chef Series Saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Pour in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra and purée until smooth, strain, and set aside to cool. 3. Pour into the Deco Pen. 4. Store remainder in a sealed container.

Strawberry Coulis

Ingredients ½ cup frozen unsweetened strawberries ¼ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions 1. In a Chef Series Saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Pour in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra and purée until smooth, strain, and set aside to cool. 3. Pour into the Deco Pen. 4. Store remainder in a sealed container.

Vanilla

Ingredients ¾ cup powdered Sugar ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract 2½ tsp. milk Food coloring (optional)

Directions 1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Stir until smooth. 2. Pour into the Deco Pen.
