David Miller, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m. Declaration of Conflict of Interest: David Miller requested that if anyone had conflicts, they be stated. No conflicts were declared. Call to the Public: David Miller noted that no members of the public were present. MINUTES Members reviewed the meeting minutes of the January 03, 2023, 2022 District Board meeting. Action: Ellen Kauffman moved to approve the minutes of the October 4, 2022 District Board meeting as presented. Carol Dunagan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. FINANCIAL REPORT 1. Review District Financial Statements for the period ending February 28, 2023. Action: Wendy Conger moved to approve the financial statements, with second by Carol Dunagan. The motion passed unanimously. 2. Consider and approve warrant for $564,000.00 Action: Ellen Kauffman motioned to approve the warrant for $564,000.00 with a second by Carol Dunagan. The motion passed unanimously.
