David Miller, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m. Declaration of Conflict of Interest: David Miller requested that if anyone had conflicts, they be stated. No conflicts were declared. Call to the Public: David Miller noted that no members of the public were present. MINUTES Members reviewed the meeting minutes of the October 4, 2022 District Board meeting. Action: Wendy Conger moved to approve the minutes of the October 4, 2022 District Board meeting as presented. Ellen Kauffman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. FINANCIAL REPORT 1. Review District Financial Statements for the period ending November 30, 2022. Action: Winfield Thomas moved to approve the financial statements, with second by Ellen Kauffman. The motion passed unanimously. 2. James Kraykovich reported the Funds Balance at the County Treasurer’s office, which was $1,221,246.86
