Campaign for Medicaid Expansion

It’s time to
Alex Hammond

I designed a series of 8 campaign posters to advocate for adoption of the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid Expansion. This expansion extends the existing Medicaid program, providing low-cost or no-cost health coverage to low-income individuals. However, the decision to adopt Medicaid expansion is left to individual states, and some states have not yet chosen to adopt it, creating a “coverage gap” for uninsured Americans. In response to this national issue, my campaign will feature 8 posters: 1 providing an overview of the Medicaid Expansion as well as highlighting the states that have not adopted it, and 7 focusing on the 7 states status of adopting Medicaid Expansion.

Miss Mary Rose World Tour

It’s time to

Fin von Schilcher
In 1986, Billy Joel became the first American musician to tour the USSR since before the cold war and as a result tensions were eased between Russia and the Western world. I took my real-life band, Miss Mary Rose, on a fictional world tour for our album “MMR Radio”. This serves as a chance to engage with nations that either don’t get international performers or specifically have a compromised relationship with the United States. The posters are each created with graphic design trends of their respective nation in mind, the key word being solidarity. I don’t have the means take my band on a world tour so I saw eye to eye by investigating the design, culture, and language of each nation.

HOW TO SAVE TEH WORLD in a day

Legend in the Making

It’s time to

Donnoy Morgan
Growing up, I learned early that our clothing speaks volumes about our identity. For many people of color, this means navigating societal stigmas and the weight of cultural representation. The graphic tees I wore often featured names like Rolling Stone and Playboy —brands I didn’t truly connect with. While I appreciate luxury items like Gucci and Marc Jacobs, I began to question their impact on my community. Legend in the Making is my response: a clothing brand dedicated to uplifting marginalized voices. Each collection would address vital social, political, and health issues. A portion of the proceeds support Baltimore City and County public education programs. In a world increasingly focused on appearances, let’s invest in a legacy that matters.

Tangier Island: An Adaptation Story

It’s time to

Shannon Pearce
In this project, I explore the challenges of life on Tangier Island, a community facing the dual pressures of a shrinking landmass and a dwindling population. Despite these hardships—both environmental and social—I’ve seen how deeply connected the residents are to their home, choosing to stay rather than leave. They adapt, embracing inevitability of change while finding beauty in the life they’ve built. This resilience and determination to preserve their way of life inspire me and lie at the heart of what it means to live on Tangier. In my work, I have sought to capture what I believe truly means to be part of Tangier Island.

Serene Skin

It’s time to Jenna Abdinoor

Skincare is taking care of the largest organ in your body, your skin. This skincare brand, Serene Skin, is here to help build and strengthen your mental health. The brand logo mark is made up of 2 leafy shapes reflected together to form an “S” in the negative space. The brand display typeface being Fertigo Pro, a unique serif font, and brand colors are plum purple, sage green, and light tans. The matching brand box includes 4 key steps of skincare; a lotion, oil, cleanser, and facemask, all packaged in soothing, sensory containers. An additional item is a brand thank you and mental health card for the consumers. Serene Skin is a great way to unwind and increase your overall mental health. Graphic Design
Tribe Lacrosse App

John Bryant Dolan
Tribe Lacrosse app is a resource for all lacrosse fans and future lacrosse fans looking to dive into the fast-growing sport. As a lifelong fan myself I understand how difficult and far from user friendly following the sport can be. To follow the slate of games on a gameday you must hop from one twitter feed of a team to another to get their score updates. And then to find team information like a schedule or roster you need to hop from one team website to another. So I have designed an app that is one central hub where a fan can find scores, schedules, standing and anything they may need in one user friendly experience.

It’s time to Miranda Krausman

The basis behind my project is to help store the memories that we love to share with others, because we often don’t remember everything. To create 3 collages of the dogs who have been in my life. The reason why a collage is a way to group all of the photos together in a unique way to help express the characteristics of each of the dogs that live within my life. Each of the photos printed out and then hang them onto a canvas in the unique form for each of the dogs’ characteristics. It will be pinned to a canvas size of 24 by 36. The typeface use is to give a very fun freehand kind of feel, like heyam. With the name of each of the dog’s name will be painted it on by hand.

Sun Wukong

It’s time to

Lily Chung
Sun Wukong, otherwise known as the Monkey King, is best known as one of the main characters from the Chinese novel Journey to the West. This project is an exploration of cultural storytelling through the interactive experience of a coloring book. Sun Wukong’s journey is one of rebellion, selfdiscovery, and transformation, reflecting the complexities of human nature. Through intricate linework and compositions, I wanted to capture key moments of his story. The design of the characters and book incorporates traditional Chinese elements to immerse the audience in the story and introduce them to a classic Chinese figure that ultimately symbolizes perseverance and self-improvement.

In response to the rapid evolution of design tools and fragmented sources of learning, I created Meld, an e-learning platform that merges knowledge for designers and creatives into one centralized space. This was inspired by my own frustrations with learning design skills across various online platforms, Meld is designed with the creative’s needs in mind. Unlike other learning platforms, Meld is exclusively tailored for the creative community, featuring organized courses in digestible modules, progress tracking, and a vibrant community aspect that encourages knowledge sharing. The name reflects its mission: to seamlessly meld scattered creative knowledge into one cohesive, intuitive place.
