MICHAEL HINES Michael Hines has made DC his home for the past 10 years.

Voted by Washingtonian Magazine as one the area’s brightest young entrepreneurs, Michael began working in the real estate industry and has seen his career flourish into a full-time business with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. A highly engaged community activist, Michael has worked closely with current and former DC City Council members and the mayor, providing him with a deep knowledge of real estate development activity in the city. Michael is active with many civic organizations in Washington including Becky’s Fund and serving as a board member of the Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund. Licensed in DC, MD, and VA.

JOHNATHAN TAYLOR Jonathan is co-owner and founder of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the community, offering long-standing relationships with brokers, mortgage lenders, settlement attorneys, contractors, and other professionals in the real estate world. As the owner of the Greater DC Metropolitan region’s Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate, Jonathan has invaluable connections and resources locally, nationally and internationally. He is an active participant in Sotheby’s International Realty conferences around the world.

Jonathan hails from New England, having been born in Vermont, going to high school in Rhode Island and then on to Colby College in Maine. Jonathan has two sons, Jonathan and Matthew, both Saint Albans graduates. Jonathan is an avid supporter of the Washington Humane Society and supports numerous other charitable organizations as the owner of TTRSIR.
