Nový výdech metra je nedoceněnou stavbou Dejvic, proto je obohacena o novou funciumělecká a architektonická knihovna. Knihy jsou umístěny v tubusu okolo současného objektu a tím vytváří funkční fasádu. Futuristický nádech projektu je netradiční způsob, jak poskytnout knihy – létajícími trubci. Knihy jsou opatřeny ochranými boxy, před klimatickými změnami a připraveny ihned k odběru. Není potřeba žádná lidská činnost. Knihy lze objednat online, vyřízení je rychlé a efektivní. Údržbový výtak je používán pouze k výměně knižního fondu nebo vyrovnání

Remodeling of an avenue in San Telmo - the oldest district of the city of Buenos Aires. Leading thread of the project was revival of the current state but at the same time respecting the existing historic essence of the neighborhood.
Neighbor’s ideas gathered through interviews were a key aspect to develop the area.
Green spaces, clean streets and safe environment are not to be considered as privileges.
Choosing pedestrian mobility over traffic roads.
The unbuilt parking lots along the avenue are transformed into social zones that are connected to the elevated boulevard - including bike lanes, walking paths, greenery, sitting arrangements and garbage disposal.
Following the traditional Argentine design seen in materials (cobblestone, concrete), BKF 2000 furniture, and diversity of vegetation.
Project provides the missing urban elements and by focusing on the social aspect encourages the area to evolve and find its own new identity.
Remodelación de una avenida en San Telmo - el barrio más antiguo de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. El hilo conductor del proyecto fue la reactivación de la zona, enfocándose en la situación actual pero al mismo tiempo respetando la esencia histórica existente del barrio.
Las ideas de los vecinos recolectadas a través de entrevistas fueron un aspecto clave para el desarrollo de la zona.
Los espacios verdes, calles limpias y ambiente seguro no deben ser considerados como privilegios sino como derechos.
La movilidad peatonal fue priorizada por sobre las vías de tráfico.
Las playas de estacionamiento sin edificar a lo largo de la avenida se transforman en zonas sociales que están conectadas al boulevard elevado - incluyendo bicisendas, senderos, zonas verdes, áreas de descanso y disposición de basura.
El diseño tradicional argentino se ve respetado en los materiales de construcción (adoquines, hormigón), muebles BKF 2000, y la diversidad de la vegetación.
El proyecto proporciona los elementos urbanos necesarios y centrándose en el aspecto social fomenta la zona a evolucionar y encontrar una nueva identidad propia.

Un complejo de relajación de 10 búngalos, social pavilion, club de playa, staff house, 6 lugares secretos y un paisaje adaptado cuidadosamente.
La arquitectura de los búngalos trabaja en conjunto a la pendiente del terreno para ofrecer una vista al Océano Atlántico. 8 habitaciones simples y 2 habitaciones dobles fueron planeadas en tres niveles diferentes.
Por el nivel superior se accede a las áreas privadasdormitorios y baños, en el piso del medio se encuentra la cocina con el studio como una habitación de huéspedes opcional y en la planta baja una terraza con piscina.
La estructura de hormigón está revestida con materiales de la zona, principalmente madera y laja.
El social pavilion, también planeado en tres niveles incluye una sala de recepción, bar, restaurant con cocina profesional, cuarto de monitoreo y un gimnasio con jacuzzi y piscina.
El Beach Club se encuentra junto a la playa y también ofrece una piscina con un bar y un lounge semicubierto. Los lugares secretos - 5 estructuras de mandera son pensados par la meditación, relajación y masajes. Los edificios están conectados con senderos temáticos y caminos peatonales.
La vegetación podada se encuentra libre de hierbas y malezas.

A leisure complex of 10 bungalows, social pavilion, beach club, staff house, 6 secret places and a carefully edited landscape.
The architecture of bungalows works with the steep terrain offering views of the Atlantic ocean. 8 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedrooms bungalows are planned in three different levels.
Access on top to the private areas - bedrooms and bathrooms, in the middle floor kitchen with the studio as an optional guest room and the bottom floor an open terrace with a swimming pool.
Concrete structure is covered with local materials, wood and dark flagstone.
Social pavilion also planned in three levels includes a reception lobby, bar, monitoring room, restaurant with a professional kitchen and a gym with a jacuzzi and a swimming pool.
Beach club, nearest to the beach, also offers a swimming pool with a bar and a semi-covered lounge.
Secret places - 5 wood structures are places for meditation, relaxation and massages.
Buildings are connected with thematic roads and walking paths.
The natural vegetation is edited and free of invasive plants and weeds.

Acrylic glass, an artificial material, tested for its strength.
The shape evolved from the typical desk chair, leaned back into resting position.
The gaps in the 1cm thick acrylic boards added later for air circulation.
The connection between the two materials through metal screws giving the object more industrial look.
