GOOD TIMES

We may forget our History

And how to figure out Math

But we 1 ll never forget the friends

Who 1 ve helped us along the path.

2

WITH GOOD PEOPLE!

We've lived and loved

We've traveled near and far

We've grown to understand each other

And find out who we are.

These good times are priceless

Locked up on these pages

That these good people will treasure

And remember through the ages.

This year the 11arsity cheer line had an all around approach in the perking up of their audiences. Their cheers and chants at both football and basketball games added the confidence to the players to do well. When entertaining at the assemblies, the cheer line thought up skits that would amuse us and usually introduced a few new cheers. They went to the National Cheerleaders Camp this summer at which they recieved various awards including the spirit stick. Practicing all summer our cheerleaders were more than ready to cheer their teams on to victory.

Varsity Cheer: Karen Brown, Sue Guerin, Maureen Lynch, Cindy Holderman, Sue Kraus

This year the J.V. boosted the moral of the Junior Varsity Basketball team. They show their spirit wherever they go. Next year you might see some of these faces on Varsity Cheer. J. V. keep on smiling.

POM LINE ENTERTAINS US ALL !

Grace, poise, and imagination are not the only requirements for a porn line.

It takes alot of dedication and practice to get down their precision type moves. Our girls practiced hard and their audiences were rewarded with much enjoyment from their dances. And once in awhile they got a few surprises too!

Porn Line: Sara Acosta, Lorraine Gajiola, Sue Cress, Vicky Richardson, Connie McDonald, Marcie Navarette, Geri Rodriguez, Kathleen Lynch. The porn line doing their thing!

.RESULTING IN A SECOND PLACE FINISH

This years football team came through with a 4-2 record, good enough for a second finish in AIAA. With their season dedicated to former Coach Ed Mulvey, the Sentinels did better than anyone expected they would do. Now Head Coach Dennis Novy was proud of the team and it's record and the desire to once again make Seton, a threatening team in the Independent League.

Avel discusses game plan.

SE NTINELS END FOUR YEAR JINX DEFEAT ORME 28 - 12

On an overcast Saturday in October, the Seton Sentinels ended a jinx that has kept them from beating Orme In the last four years. The Sentinels cou l d manage on l y 8 points by halfti me, and many wondered if maybe the jinx was meant to be. But the sentinels came out the second half and b l ew away Orme with the twenty point scoring spree, with the sentinels ending victorious!

AND WINS IT FOR FOURTH TIME

The Sentinels final! y captured the AIAA State crown which had narrowly evaded them the preceeding three years. "Experience comes thru in the clutch" seems to be the motto for this years championship. As the other teams stumbled under the playoff pressure the Sentinels let experience be the deciding point. The Sentinels were led all year long by Seniors Henry Presseller and Jeff Clements with strong team play from a upcoming Junior class.
