ICT Progress and Champions Awards

A fantastic achievement!

Big congratulations to the following students who have been nominated by their class teachers for the most individual progress made or for an ICT champion award this year. Each student will receive a certificate and a £10 Amazon Voucher.

Our U13 boy’s tennis team of Guy Mobey, George James, Matthew Hunt, Harry Snozwell and Callum Holmes (reserve) beat Matthew Arnold in the County Final in Oxford, 6 sets to 0! Well done. Whilst our U15 boy’s team did not win their match, they took Henry Box to a championship tie break after finishing the match 3 sets all. Well played to Jonnie Stoner, Benji Proctor, Bertie Kiff, David Brabin and Jack Traynor (reserve).

U-15 Cricket News The U-15s narrowly lost the County Final to King Alfred’s School on Thursday evening. Having been undefeated all season the U-15s lost by just 16 runs following some excellent batting by Jake ThackerPugsley and Pat Merryweather. King Alfred’s had a very strong team containing the opening County bowler and a number of other County players Well done to all the lads involved this year, in what has been a very enjoyable season for all those that have taken part. Your qualification certificates will be posted out to you at the end of term.
