Vision:
"Elevate U" empowers young leaders to rise to their highest potential by integrating leadership skills, financial wisdom, and mental/physical wellness equipping them to lead with integrity, build wealth with purpose, and thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
Why Leadership, Wealth, and Health?
This year’s Youth Leadership Conference is built on three pillars: Leadership, Wealth, and Health. Leadership is the ability to inspire, influence, and take action it shapes how we serve our communities and create change. Wealth is more than money; it’s understanding how to manage resources, make smart financial decisions, and build a future of stability and opportunity. Health both mental and physical is the foundation that allows us to lead and achieve without burning out. When these three pillars meet, our youth gain the confidence, knowledge, and resilience to rise above challenges, seize opportunities, and make a lasting impact.
Goals of the Conference

● Leadership Mastery – Equip youth with practical leadership skills rooted in the Jack and Jill Leadership modules (e.g., Vision, Goal Setting, Confidence, Accountability).
● Financial Foundation – Build age-appropriate money habits, from saving and budgeting to entrepreneurship.
● Wellness Wisdom – Foster resilience, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle practices to sustain success.
● Peer & Community Engagement – Create opportunities for youth to connect, collaborate, and present what they’ve learned.
