PSC has shown that when the providing partner is willing to allow the receiving partners make their own decisions, the receiving partners take on responsibility for the project’s success.

3.575 people trained in sustainable technologies and 1.513 people trained in communication and information technologies. 1.280 people participating in productive activities and 1.227 working in a productive activity related to the training. 477 communities benefited. 1.533 indigenous people trained. 673 new products, 179 new services developed and 137 new micro enterprises. 2.573 new works created.

Due to their first-hand familiarity with the problems on the ground, PSC actors can be more efficient & effective in identifying & implementing promising strategies & solutions. The identification of common problems increase the cost effectiveness of technical cooperation: promote transfer of appropriate technology & enhance ownership, leadership & capacity building among the partners.
