Task Team South South Cooperation
The Task Team on South-South Cooperation (TT-SSC) is a Southern-led platform hosted at the OECD-DAC Working Party on Aid Effectiveness, that brings together partner countries, middle income countries, donors, civil society, academia, regional and multilateral agencies under the common objective of contributing to the implementation of the mandate set out in the Accra Agenda for Action. The TT-SSC was established to produce policy guidance and good practices on the basis of Southern-led evidence, with a view to the Forth High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, to be held in Busan (Korea) in November 29 to December 1 2011. In doing so, the TT-SSC aspires to mutually enrich and adapt the aid effectiveness principles (ownership, alignment, harmonisation, results and mutual accountability) and to further explore complementarities and synergies between South-South and North-South cooperation.
