ARUA – abgeleitet vom Südtiroler Dialekt “A Rua” (= in Ruhe) steht für das Konzept der Ruhe. Und genau das ist unser Versprechen: Raum zum Durchatmen, Zeit für sich, Rückzug mit Stil.

Le ARUA Private Spa Villas sorgono alle pendici del Gruppo di Tessa e godono di una vista privilegiata sull’ampia Valle dell’Adige. Il nostro retreat è composto da sei unità abitative e dallo Chalet Stadel, che nel 2024 è stato accuratamente ristrutturato da una fattoria di 380 anni fa. In a setting of curated lighting, deep indigo tones, and a Japanese garden, you can enjoy dishes that bring two culinary worlds together: homemade pasta with Wagyu, lardo, and truffle; carpaccio of Kobe beef with yuzu; glazed miso eggplant alongside classic Wagyu tastings featuring the most tender meat in the world. Für Ihre Ausflüge auf zwei Rädern organisieren wir auf Wunsch hochwertige E-Bikes von Papin Sport. Nach vorheriger Anmeldung an der Rezeption (idealerweise 1 – 2 Tage im Voraus) werden die Räder direkt ins ARUA geliefert. So können Sie Ihre Tour ganz bequem vor der Haustür starten. Zudem bieten wir auf Wunsch auch einen erfahrenen Bikeguide, der Sie auf den schönsten Routen begleitet.
Su richiesta, possiamo richiedere le biciclette elettriche di Papin Sport per le vostre escursioni su due ruote. Siete pregati di informarci alla reception (meglio se con 1-2 giorni di preavviso); le bici verranno consegnate direttamente all’ARUA. A voi, non resta altro che salire in sella e godervi la giornata. Se desiderate, abbiamo a disposizione anche un accompagnatore esperto che vi guiderà lungo i percorsi più belli.
For your bike excursions, we are happy to arrange high-quality E-bikes from Papin Sport upon request. After prior registration at the reception (preferably 1 – 2 days in advance), the bikes will be delivered directly to ARUA. This way, you can start your tour comfortably right from your doorstep. Additionally, upon request, we also offer an experienced bike guide to accompany you on the most beautiful routes.

Hidalgo at Home bringt Ihnen kulinarische Highlights direkt in Ihre Villa: von feinen Antipasti über saftige Steaks und mediterrane Fischgerichte bis hin zu süßen Desserts. Die Gerichte werden sorgfältig vorbereitet und so geliefert, dass Sie sie mit wenigen Handgriffen vollenden können. Antipasti, Salate und Desserts sind direkt servierbereit – der Rest gelingt einfach und stilvoll.
Bitte bestellen Sie bis 11:00 Uhr an der Rezeption. Die Lieferung erfolgt zwischen 16:30 und 17:00 Uhr direkt in Ihre Villa.

Housekeeping
Die tägliche Reinigung Ihrer Villa ist im Aufenthalt inkludiert und erfolgt in der Regel zwischen 10.00 und 13.00 Uhr. Gerne können Sie an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstücksservice die gewünschte Uhrzeit für den Zimmerservice mitteilen. Alle drei Tage wird Ihre Bettwäsche frisch bezogen. Handtücher tauschen wir aus, sobald Sie diese auf dem Boden ablegen. So verbinden wir Komfort mit Achtsamkeit im Umgang mit Ressourcen.
La pulizia giornaliera della villa è inclusa nel soggiorno e di norma viene effettuata tra le 10.00 e le 13.00. Potete volentieri comunicare l’orario di pulizia che preferite alla reception o durante il servizio colazione. La biancheria da letto viene cambiata ogni tre giorni. Gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti ogni qualvolta siano lasciati a terra – un piccolo gesto per il massimo del comfort nel rispetto del pianeta e delle risorse.
Daily cleaning of your villa is included in your stay and usually takes place between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm. You are welcome to let our reception team or the breakfast service know your preferred housekeeping time. Every three days, your bed linens will be changed. Towels will be replaced as soon as you leave them on the floor. This way, we combine comfort with mindfulness in the use of resources.

Vierbeinige Begleiter sind bei uns mit Voranmeldung und in begrenzter Anzahl willkommen. Pro Villa können maximal zwei Hunde gleichzeitig untergebracht werden. Für ihren Aufenthalt berechnen wir € 25 pro Tag (ohne Futter). Sollten zusätzliche Reinigungsmaßnahmen erforderlich sein, behalten wir uns vor, eine Endreinigung in Rechnung zu stellen.
Bitte hängen Sie das “Make my Room“ Schild an die Tür, damit unsere Zimmermädchen wissen, dass die Villa gereinigt werden kann und der Hund nicht im Zimmer ist.
Gli amici a quattro zampe sono i benvenuti – previo preavviso e in numero limitato. È possibile ospitare al massimo due cani per villa. Per la loro permanenza, si applica un sovrapprezzo di € 25 al giorno (cibo non compreso). Qualora dovesse rivelarsi necessario un servizio di pulizia finale aggiuntivo, ci riserviamo il diritto di addebitarne il costo.
Vi preghiamo di appendere il cartello “Make my Room” sulla porta, in modo che il personale addetto possa entrare e sia informato che gli animali non sono in camera.
Four-legged companions are welcome with prior notice and in limited numbers. A maximum of two dogs can be accommodated per villa. The daily fee is € 25 (without food). Should additional cleaning measures be required, we reserve the right to charge for a final cleaning.

Eintauchen, loslassen, genießen: Der Infinity-Sole-Pool lädt mit wohlig warmem Wasser zum Schweben, Träumen und Auftanken ein.
Öffnungszeiten: von 07.00 – 21.00 Uhr. Das Wasser wird in folgenden Zeiträumen auf 27° C beheizt: 01.04. – 11.11 und 24.12. – 06.01.
In den kühleren Monaten schließen wir den Pool mit einer Abdeckung. Wenn Sie dennoch ein erfrischendes Bad genießen möchten, können Sie einfach den Schlüssel drehen und den Pool öffnen. Bitte denken Sie daran, den Pool nach der Nutzung wieder abzudecken – zum Wohl der Umwelt.

During the cooler months, we cover the pool. However, if you’d like to enjoy a refreshing swim, simply turn the key to open the pool. Please remember to cover the pool again after use – for the benefit of the environment.
