Prospective students want to feel cared for and at home at their chosen university; supportive, welcoming and diverse were frequently mentioned by respondents describing their chosen university. Others wanted to ensure that their university was prestigious, reputable or highly-regarded. They wanted to spend their time studying a course that is interesting, enjoyable and engaging. Others wanted to make sure their course would get them where they wanted to be, challenging, employable or relevant.
