Welcome to the Tuan Sing team! We are so excited to have you on board and look forward to supporting you over the next couple of months whilst you settle into your new role.

OUR HISTORY

Established in 1969, Tuan Sing Holdings is a regional investment holding company with interests mainly in real estate investment, real estate development and hospitality.

Over the years, the Group has developed a portfolio of strategically located real estate assets in Singapore and across the region and has established a reputation for delivering high quality and iconic developments.

Since marking its Golden Jubilee in 2019, Tuan Sing has embarked on a business transformation to reposition itself from a niche developer to a major regional player in real estate investment, real estate development and hospitality in various key Asia-Pacific cities across Singapore, China, Indonesia and Australia.

The Grand Outlet – East Jakarta in Indonesia

19 commercial units at Summer Station in Sanya, China.

Real Estate Development

With Peak Residence in Singapore on track for completion in 2024, the Group is actively engaged in regional development opportunities in ndonesia and China.

The Group has launched Balmoral Tower and Cluny Villas in Batam and has a 7.8% equity interest in Summer Station in Sanya, China.

Hospitality

OUR CORE BUSINESSES

Comprises two hotels in Australia, namely the Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt Regency Perth*, which are managed by Hyatt International.

The two hotels are located in prime locations in Melbourne and Perth respectively and cater to the business and high-end tourism sectors of these cities.

In Singapore, we have acquired the former Frasers Residence Rover Promenade, with a fourstorey service apartment.

Leave & Expense Reimbursement

Expenses incurred should be submitted via BIPO online with proper receipts, and your managers approval must be sought and approved by the end of the month.

All reimbursements to be applied via BIPO, and expenses will be paid together with the next monthly payroll.

IT Requests and Matters

Laptop will be given to you on Day One.

Employees can submit an IT request via Tuan Sing’s IT Help Desk by sending an email to tsh_ithelpdesk@tuansing.com.

Include your issues in an email, and the IT support team will contact you directly to resolve your issue.

Company Intranet

Tuan Sing’s SharePoint is our company intranet and where all our company documents, policies, and information are stored. Consider the intranet as your first point of reference when trying to find any Tuan Sing documents. You can use the search bar at the top to filter through the site and find information relevant to you.

Communication Tools

Microsoft Teams is our internal and external communication system. You can use Teams to call and chat with your colleagues. Teams is also used to schedule and attend meetings with your colleagues or external stakeholders.

Microsoft Teams connects with your Outlook, so that you can view and manage your calendar with ease.

Team Birthdays

We celebrate our team birthdays and anniversaries monthly through an announcement via our BIPO and also on our News Screen in our office.

TSH Comms Buzz

The TSH Comms Buzz is our quarterly internalstaff newsletter that keeps staffup to date with all the latestTSH news. The TSH Comms Buzz gets sent via email each quarter.

Admin Instructions

Bring all outstanding documentations to pass to HR Report in to our office at 18 Robinsons Road, and let the Building Concierge at level 2 know that you are our new colleague.

Come to level 5 and let the Receptionist know you are here and to inform HR.

Bring alone your jacket if necessary as it can be cold in office.
