Maybe you want to pull the trigger on that dream kitchen remodel. Or buy that vintage Harley. Or take the family to Hawaii. Whatever your reason, if you have equity in your home you can make things happen. It’s true.
Depending on your situation and equity value, it might be ideal for you to score a lump-sum home equity loan for bigger expenses. A home equity loan delivers a fixed interest rate and monthly payment amount – perfect for onetime expenses, like a major home renovation or debt consolidation. For smaller purchases and projects, travel and rainy-day use, a home equity credit line (HELOC) with variable interest is just the ticket. And talk about ease – use the funds how you need it, when you need it!
