Company Profile We are an independent, privately owned and run by husband and wife team, Cornelia and Sebastian Tiplea. Our business started trading as Trust Inventory in Taunton, in 2014, after working for more than 12 years’ as estate agents which gave as waste experience in the Landlord/ Tenant relationship and the issues that often arise with tenancies.

In December 2018 we have registered as a Limited Company. We now provide a range of property Inventory services for Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants in Taunton, Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Oxford, Swindon, Reading and London, continuing to expand every day.

At an average rate in 2019 we have completed 10-12 inspections every day.
