Similar to the HZRDUS 9X, the 7X boasts TRUE’s patented one-piece shell technology, Neuro t+. However, the 7X is built with a full composite shell, not Carbon Fiber like the HZRDUS 9X. The 7X will still provide all the bene ts of the heat mold process from the thermoformable polymers integrated in the shell. The 7X features the adjustable and removable velcro tongue system and comes standard with a pro felt tongue.

Similar to the HZRDUS 7X the 5X boasts TRUE’s patented one-piece composite shell technology, however, the 5X does not contain the thermoforable ploymers that give it the added moldability. • The Skate Team will issue the RMA’s to the dealers for each return. Skates returned without an RMA will be refused.

• RMA Number visible on the exterior of the Shipping Box.

Once the returned skates are inspected, The Skate Team will create a Sales Order to have a replacement pair sent to the dealer. IF we are out of stock in the returned model/size, an alternative size or sales credit will be o ered to the dealer.

OVERVIEW: CUSTOM GOAL SKATE

FIT YOUR GAME

HOW-TO: FIT TRUE SKATES

This process should be followed for tting all TRUE skates, stock & custom tailored.

1. Complete visual inspection: Have the customer remove their socks & shoes. Visually inspect their bare feet looking for any cuts, redness due to pressure, bumps on feet and bone spurs on heels. During this phase, you are looking to gather as much information as possible. You want to ask speci c questions about what you just saw that might concern or a ect the way the skate will t the foot.

2. Determine t & skate size: By using the tting gauge in a sitting position and knees at a 90 degree angle. Detemine a good starting size. It does not give you the exact sizing but a starting point to choose a size from your tting stock. Choose a skate that will be snug on the foot in length. It is easier to give the player a larger size, if the rst pair is too comfortable it would be hard to have him try on a smaller skate.

3. Warm up skate: Place the untied skates in a warm skate oven for 2-4 minutes. Have the customer put on their socks they would typically wear while playing. Do not have a customer heat mold in bare feet.

4. Try on skate: Explain to the customer what they will feel with the skates on laced up; when they stand up, their toes should brush the end of the skate just slightly. When they bend their knees, their toes will move away from the toecap, which is replicating the skating position. Have the customer stand up and walk around for 4-6 minutes so the skates adjust to their feet, then have them sit back down and untie the skates. Now have the customer kick their heels back into the skate and re-lace it up. Their toes will have moved away from the end of the skate and they will be a little more and be comfortable with the sizing when they stand up and bend their knees.

5. Control the tting: During this process, ask the customer questions about their hockey, shoe size, past skates they’ve used, size of skates and width currently wearing, and any issues they may have. This should provide information that can help in the tting process. This also makes the player comfortable and takes their mind of the tting process, this is called controlling the tting. This will help you determine the skate sizing, gain any information that you can answer questions from your customer about issues they may have previously had, and ultimately give the customer the con dence to complete a purchase.

6. Conclusion: When the tting is completed, take your customer through the process you just completed to determine the sizing needed. Displaying you are con dent that the sizing determined is the best for them by explaining all the tting procedure and the results found.

7. Complete heat mold: When the customer has selected their skate for purchase, complete a full heat mold; see How-To: Heat Mold

HOW-TO: HEAT MOLD PROCESS

TRUE skates are loaded with technologies to bene t a players performance on the ice. It is imperative the skates go through a prescriptive heat molding process to unlock all of these bene ts and achieve ultimate comfort. As a full one-peice shell with a tighter t than a traditional hockey skate, customers may experience initial discomfort or more di iculty getting the skate on their foot in the store, but after a few minutes of heat molding, the skate can be tailored to a players foot and elimate the discomfort and lead to a more responsive skating experience. When initially tting a player, it is a good practice to put the skates in the oven for 2-4 minutes just to warm up and soften the foams for a more realistic feel of what the skate will be like after fully heat molding.

HOW-TO: FIT TRUE CUSTOM SKATES

Here are the steps to take to complete an order of SVH Player and Goalie Skates, as well as HZRDUS PRO and Catalyst PRO Skates.

1. Find the Right Skate: When the customer has decided on TRUE custom skates, select the model. See Custom Skate Overview for full features & bene ts.

2. Find the Fit: Even though the skates are fully custom, it is important to take steps to determine the customers correct t, similarly to a stock skate. See How To: Fit TRUE Skates

3. Complete 3D Foot Scans: Complete a 3D foot scan for both feet. See How To: Use TRUE Skate Sizing App.

4. Record Information: Walk the customer through all of the custom options for their selected model. Record all necesary skate tting information, customer choices and customer contact information.

5. Complete Order Form: Using your store login, complete the order form *See Retailer Magento/Order Form Guide

6. Heat Mold: After the order is complete and the skates arrive back in store, book the customer to come back in for a full heat mold. See How-To: Heat Mold.

7. Finalize Skates: Ensure the blades are sharpened and pro led to the customers desire and they are satis ed with the t and feel of the skates.

HOW-TO: SKATE FITTING ADJUSTMENTS

Just as a racecar requires ne tuning for ultimate performance, TRUE skates can be tweaked and adjusted to provide the best t, comfort, and performance for an athlete.

As a full one-piece skate, the skate can be di icult to put on or cause discomfort from too much wrap or tightness around the throat of the skate. The eyelet cu f are is a quick and simple technique to open up the skate alleviating discomfort and di iculty getting in and out skate. WATCH NOW:

TRUE’s 3D Foot Scan is an e ective tool for capturing the precise shape and size of a player's feet, which is critical for custom skate tting. With the all-new TRUE Hockey Sizing app, this technology is now more accurate and more accessible than ever.

The TRUE Hockey Sizing App uses advanced scanning technology to capture a high-resolution, 3D image of the player's feet. This allows for a highly accurate and detailed scan that captures even the smallest nuances of the foot shape, and recommends an appropriate size for each foot based on the 3D model.

A 3D Foot scan using the TRUE SKATE SIZING APP is critical to complete a custom skate order. The app can be used to help determine the size & t of TRUE stock skates, but it is required for all custom player & goalie skates. (including HZRDUS & CATALYST PRO)

HOW-TO: USE TRUE SKATE SIZING APP

The TRUE Hockey Sizing App is a powerful tool that allows you to capture a 3D scan of your feet, which can then be used to create a custom- tted pair of TRUE Hockey Skates. The TRUE Hockey Sizing App will guide you through the scanning process step-by-step. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully and pay attention to any prompts or alerts that may appear.

Here are the steps to follow to ensure the best results when using the app:

1. Connect to a strong network: Ensure your device is connected to a strong winetwork or celluar signal for faster scan processing results.

2. Find a at surface: Make sure you are on a at, stable surface when scanning your feet. This will help to ensure that the scan is accurate and captures the true shape and size of your feet.

3. Remove shoes and socks: Remove your shoes and socks so that the app can scan your bare feet. This will provide the most accurate results and ensure a proper t.

4. Enable device sound: The app uses audio cues to assist with the scan, ensure device volume is unmuted and turned up high.

5. check your lighting: Lighting is important for a good scan. Make sure you are in a well lit room.

6. Hold the phone steady: When scanning your feet, hold the phone steady and keep it at a consistent distance from your feet. (approximately 12” away & 6” o the ground” This will help to ensure that the scan is accurate and not distorted in any way.

7. Scan each foot separately: The app will prompt you to scan each foot separately. Take your time and make sure you have a good scan of each foot before moving on to the next one.

8. Double-check your results: Once you have completed the scan, double-check the results to ensure that they are accurate and that you have captured the true shape and size of your feet.

By following these steps, you can ensure that you get the most accurate and reliable 3D scan of your feet which will allow us to build a truly unique and custom t that will provide superior performance, response, and comfort on the ice.

TROUBLESHOOTING: TRUE SIZING APP

Why doesn’t my password work in Magento or the TRUE Hockey Sizing app?

- Important to know that the passwords for both apps are di erent. The TRUE Hockey Sizing app password is assigned by TRUE but each retailer selects their own Magento password.

How do I reset my password?

- For Magento, please email customskateinfo@truetempersports.com for password reset links. Please note we can not change the password for you, rather only send a link for you to select a new one.

- For the TRUE Hockey Sizing app, these passwords remain the same. For help with your password, please email your TRUE Rep or customskateinfo@truetempersports.com

How do I log-in to the Retail mode of the TRUE Hockey Sizing app?

- When you open the app, hold the TRUE logo at the top for 5 seconds to be brought into the retailer login.

I keep getting an error message when I put in my Magento password and email.

- Check to make sure your email and password is entered correctly.

- Make sure your device isn’t auto lling an incorrect password.

- Check to make sure you are logging in to the correct URL.

- If ordering from the TRUE Hockey Sizing App, make sure the country listed at the bottom of the app is correct. If not, tap the Current Region to change to the correct one.

TROUBLESHOOTING: TRUE SIZING APP

Someone scanned in the consumer version of the app and I want to add the scans to my Retail account to place an order.

- Have the customer click Share from their scan pro le.

- Select email or preferred way to share the scans. Send the link to the device with Retail mode signed in.

- Once the link is available on the device, copy and paste it into the web browser which will then open the app and ask if you would like to add the scans to your library.

- Once the scans have been added, you can open them and place the order.

Why is the Add to Cart button in Magento not working?

- There is an option that is waiting for your selection. Typically, this is because the Add-on option needs to be reviewed before the add to cart will be an option. This could also be something like, you have selected Tongue Personalization but have not typed in what the customer would like.

Why is my pricing wrong when I customize skates in Magento?

- All pricing on Magento is MSRP as the app could be customer facing. When the order is submitted to us, we adjust pricing levels in the backend. To validate your pricing, we will send a sales order within 24 hours after the order is processed.
