Impact Report 2025
Defining moments: Successes in workforce strategy

![]()

For Canada’s trucking and logistics sector, global trade uncertainty, labour misclassification, and persistent workforce pressures collided with emerging opportunities for growth. In the face of this complexity, Trucking HR Canada remained focused on what mattered most: delivering decision-critical workforce and skills intelligence, practical programs employers could put to work immediately, and trusted partnerships that strengthened the sector as a whole.
Throughout the year, we also brought the industry together—amplifying the voice of a sector that employs nearly 800,000 Canadians, half of whom are truck drivers, and that plays a vital role in keeping Canada’s supply chain moving.
This impact report highlights the initiatives, insights, and collaborations that defined our work in 2025. We are proud to have supported the sector through a period of significant change and uncertainty, and we invite you to reflect on the progress we made— together.
