Check list: Chain is lubed and all grease points taking grease properly No visual damage Dolly legs are equal height Wheel hubs are full of oil Test lift axle (up/down) Chain is adjusted and adjustor bolts are tight Rear scraper is adjusted (touching belt with tension) Check belt for damage Tank drain cables are secured Retorque wheels (500 ft lbs) Check for air leaks (fittings or air line damage) Check mud flaps Check all electrical plugs, including brake valves Check belt for loose or missing bolts Seal plates for loose or missing screws (including tailgate seals) Tarp operating properly Lights are all working properly Door indicator is installed Ladder in proper working order (no bends, cracks, any moving parts work properly) Tire Pressure (105-110 psi) Bearing set screws are tight (front shaft) Check all hydraulic components for leaks Wash trailer Check over all polished and painted surfaces (for scratches or imperfections) Tailgate locks are in proper working order
