Our formed crossbars are made out of steel with a 100,000psi tensile strength o This means they are tough and resist deformation The crossbars ability to resist deformation reduces the risk of damaging the conveyor while loading the trailer, by allowing them to flex but spring back as the load hits When the crossbars do flex, they ride on the Teflon pucks, which is a very low friction, and tough material o Many competitors have a steel on steel system, meaning high friction, and wear, and a greater chance of damage The crossbars are bolt in for easy replacement o Many competitors weld in their crossbars which makes for difficult replacement
