Pepperjack Barosa Shiraz Flaunting a rich dark red colour with a dark purple rim, the wine emanates aromas of rich concentrated red and blue fruits, dark chocolate and rich mocha notes with hints of spice and cedary oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. The concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak is balanced with the fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour. Pepperjack Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon The Cab Sav is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels, sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Barossa.
