To minimize physical contact due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all festival tickets will be sold online.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS

The sale of tickets for TIFF 2021 will open on January the 11th at 8am. This year, we do not have any actual ticket desk, but it has never been easier to buy your tickets for TIFF: All you need is an internet connection, and you can get everything you need quickly and efficiently. You do not need to register or to have a log-in to buy tickets.

TICKET CARDS

If you are going to watch lots of films, it pays off to buy a ticket card (which used to be called “value card”). You can buy either 12 or 22 tickets on www.tiff.no. When you buy a ticket card, you will immediately receive a code that you will use when you buy the tickets for each film. Ticket cards get you cheaper tickets, and it’s also possible to share a card with friends.

TICKETS

Choose the film you want to se in the program at www.tiff. no, and click “buy ticket”. You’re only a few steps away from receiving your ticket, which will be sent both by text message and e-mail.

Choose “single ticket” if you want to pay by card or with Vipps, or choose “Ticket Card” if you have one. Once at the screening venue, the only thing you need to show is the SMS you received. If you really want a paper ticket, you can easily print it yourself on a regular printer. We also recommend that you download the app "TicketCo Wallet", where you can easily buy tickets and store all your tickets in one place.

FESTIVAL WRISTBAND

You need to have a festival wristband to access the screenings. You can buy your festival wristband on the website www.tiff. no, the same way you buy a ticket to a film screening. You don’t need the festival wristband when you buy the tickets to the film screenings, but you need to wear the wristband before you go to your first film screening. To get the wristband itself, show the receipt to your “ticket for festival certificate/wristband” at the kiosk at Aurora Kino Fokus from January 1st , or at TIFF's information desk in the Rødbank from January 11th, or to the usher at the door at all screenings during the festival.
