SAFETY INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Enhancing Workplace Safety Culture Through Charitable Incentives
At Cosmic Group, we are committed to fostering a strong safety culture within our organization To achieve this, we are introducing a new initiative that combines safety awareness with charitable giving
HOW IT WORKS
1 Monthly Selection: Each month, an employee is nominated based on their commitment to workplace safety.
2 Charity Delegation: The employee selected will designate a charity for the $1,000 donation and make the donation and receive recognition
3. Recognition: The employee will be acknowledged by Cosmic Management for their contribution to workplace safety and to the community in form of a certificate of recognition.
