Consultation & Contract - Our consultation process focuses on three things (a) The Couples Vision, (b) Defining the collaboration expectations, and (c) securing the professional relationship.

Research & Book - This phase of the planning process is all about making solid decisions and securing those decisions. This includes but is not limited to date, destination, vendors, guest list, and communication style.

Management - During this phase of the planning process we will be taking care of your guests' travel arrangements from start to finish, including flights, accommodation, special requests, as well as staying on top of vendor timeline and our shared checklist

Once the destination, resort, and itinerary is selected. We will begin creating your wedding website and communicating with your guest. During this time, please take the time to enjoy yourself, go dress shopping or start thinking about your wedding favors.

6 Months

We will check-in with your guests who did not RSVP to remind them to book their accommodation if they plan on attending It's also a great idea to check-in with the destination planner and send your formal wedding invitations at this time

3 Months

If desired you’ll visit the venue and begin working more closely with the destination planner, finalizing the details of your big day You can also expect to finalize your legal documents and make the final payment on your travel arrangements

1 Month

The final month before your wedding is a busy one! You'll be wrapping up details with your planner, collecting your dress, and packing for the big day We’ll make sure your guest has a packing list handy, and any last minute details

It can be helpful to start with a list of all the people you would love to have at your wedding, from close family and friends, and then move on to those who you would like to have there but are not essential. Lastly, make a list of those who you feel obligated to invite but are not likely to travel A general rule is that all of the people on your love to have list and half of the people on your like-to-have list will attend.
