The Trinity Arts Centre is a Grade II listed building and every effort has been made to make our spaces as accessible as possible. Please advise us at the time of booking, of any additional requirements you may need and our customer experience team will do everything they can to help.
Car Parking Trinity Arts Centre has its own free car park benefitting from 24 hour surveillance.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Box Office
You can book tickets via our Box Office in person or over the
telephone by calling 01427 676655. Tickets can also be booked
online via our website at www.trinityarts.co.uk.
Our Box Office is located at: West Lindsey District Council, The
Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Box Office
opening times at this location are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
A Box Office operates at Trinity Arts Centre approximately one
hour prior to any scheduled performance, and between the hours
of 09:30 and 13:00 on Saturdays.
Our Box Office can process cash and card transactions with all
We may be able to resell your tickets if the performance is sold out
and you no longer want your tickets. The resale of tickets is entirely
at our discretion and will incur a £2 administration charge per
ticket. This is subject to tickets being returned to us at least 24 hours
before the show. Any refund from the resale of tickets will be
added to your account as credit.
Reservations
Ticket reservations can only be made for group bookings of ten or more people.
