Your Public Liability Insurance has got you covered

You won’t need additional insurance for learners on work placement, as your public liability insurance will cover them while they’re on site, including health and safety aspects. We will provide a risk assessment and all necessary documents to ensure the best support for the learner, and they will be supported during the placement by a member of our staff.

Key Benefits Offering work experience placements to learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) brings genuine value to businesses. Employers benefit from enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are keen to learn and contribute positively to the workplace. These placements help create a more inclusive and diverse working environment, often enhancing team culture and promoting stronger communication and collaboration. Businesses also build positive links within the community and may even discover potential future employees through supported internships or training-to-employment pathways. By supporting SEND learners, employers help open doors to opportunity while gaining fresh perspectives and strengthening their teams.

Work Experience Placement?

STEPH PEERS

Steph works closely with both learners and employers to identify the most suitable placement and is always available to address any concerns or answer any questions you may have. Together, you can assess whether a work placement within your business would be beneficial and a good fit for our learners. We firmly believe that hands-on experience is essential offering practical skills and insights that cannot be fully gained in a classroom setting. Our learners greatly benefit from these opportunities, which play a vital role in their development and future success.
