A home of inspiraton
Adopting the global activity-based working model Enhancing the employee experience through a purposeful and practical environment Express its brand values and embrace the employee celebrating life and work
The layout design of Unilever supports its global ABW concept. Dynamic zones enhance employee select their preferred work settings for daily work.
So from that requirement, we come up with a master zoning for the whole floor, which is dividing the space into separate areas but still connected in an open plan.
The central hub is located in the center void of the site, which is the inner staircase connected to four floors. By creating a space with a coffee shop atmosphere, we want to attract people coming and gathering in this space at any time of the day, or use this place for a quick task or informal meeting.
In order to introduce the new way of working, we place varieties of work points for flexible choice, also using dynamic color getting from Unilever branding. Therefore, these spaces can be aligned with the purpose of Unilever to show and express the brand image inside the workplace.

Another 3D option for the welcoming reception with an energetic feeling of the sports store (the idea of hanging-feature wall is taken to the main design)
We place the deep ocean blue as the primary color for highlighted space, leaving a bold visual impact and indicating the brand color.
momo a city-inspired workplace
The challenge
Combine all existing offices and move to a new headquarter, also build a great reputation branding for Momo. The elements come first that are energetic, friendly, engaging, and flexible.

The shape
In order to create a city, we take the curve of the city landscape to the layout using the non-directed line forming the zoning. The main goal is to create not only an amazing shape, but to provide excitement for the staff.

The solution
Inspired by the concept of creating Momo city, which can be highly interactive, convenient, emotional, and creative.
We combine the diagram, the curve, and the city elements in one place. And the curve can be the direction for guests and staff when they come to an office, and the pink color and lighting would imply the branding as well.

"What do you want to bring to the privilege clients?"
This question initially came at the beginning of the design process. The space itself needs to feature all the key amenities of a high-class lounge, including a specialty bar and a waiting lounge. And the concept should tell the story of Vietnamese culture and heritage too.
The site apparently brought some pros and cons. Located on the ground floor of the building, it means that there is little natural light or views, and the ceiling is low too. But in some ways, it's a great chance to create a pretty intimate and private feeling for customers.

Curating a playful and inspiring journey
The challenge
According to the existing plan, the layout would be divided into two zones, also separated by a long exit hall. So zone 1 will become a workspace, and zone 2 will be an external zone providing a stage, pantry, and meeting rooms. And zone 2 has no views or natural light from outside as well.
The result
In this project, we use mainly the lighting for the design feature. From the direction, creating a different sensation, to changing the mood

a history
The project aims at recovering a unique 100-year-old building in Hanoi and renovated for the new Mercedes showroom.
The exterior: we keep the building as it was, and highlight it with the touch of lighting, and repainting, to give it back to its old presence.
The interior: the heritage Hong river would be indicated by a compelling symbol.
