Weekly market view

Markets traded strong in the first half of week but soon dragged from the strong resistance levels over weak PMI indicating stagnant Indian service sector, weak Rupee and ECB stimulus not meeting the street expectations too worsened the sentiments on last day and finally week closed in red losing 2%. Nifty future strongly resisted around 8000 from where it rebounded towards 7800 and now 7690 is seen as crucial support for the coming week.

Overall short term trend for the index remains weak. On higher side, 8000 is still seen as important resistance. Indian economic data in coming week is IIP nos on Friday.
