WILD ALASKA POLLOCK

Wild Alaska Pollock is a cousin to cod, sharing its lean, snow-white meat, delicate texture and mild taste. Not to be confused with the darker, oilier Atlantic variety, it’s one of the healthiest and most versatile seafood choices available.

Wild Alaska Sockeye are also known as Red Salmon because of their deep, ruby-red meat color, which is retained throughout cooking. This species is known for its high oil content and rich flavor. Sockeye are caught throughout the state, but the world’s largest run happens each summer in Bristol Bay, Alaska.
