Sharon Woodroffe

Sharon has supported me with a complex case and thanks to her help, a tenant secured a grant for £1,287 to clear her electric arrears, meaning on going payments are now affordable. This has also improved the tenant's emotional wellbeing and is a great result all round.

Tori Cullis

Tenants at Dunstone Place wanted to compliment Tori for the marvellous cleaning she did in the communal stairwell. She had done an excellent job cleaning the window sills and stair rails.

Recognition nominations

Mark Lythaby, Tim Watkins, Joel Norris, Clive Wilce

I’d like to thank Mark and Tim who recently visited the office on a bank holiday weekend to resolve a problem in the computer room causing our 0800 and remote access systems to be unavailable due to equipment failure.

They both responded quickly during non-working hours to resolve problems that prevented our tenants contacting us and the ability for colleagues to login from home. They conducted on-site troubleshooting and resolution until the issues were fixed showing great ability and commitment to their jobs.

I’d also like to recognise Joel for assisting on the first weekend and also Clive for identifying the problem and contacting Mark.

Sally Sedgebeer

I would like to nominate Sally for colleague recognition for giving up her personal time on a weekend to help out with a Jubilee event at one of the HomePlus schemes. Sally helped organise and run a barbecue event for around 30 tenants who thoroughly enjoyed the day.

I just wanted to say a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to you for ensuring things happened for us.

I also want to thank you for the condition of the property and the new internal doors. It's fabulous and we are so very grateful.

With everything we have gone through, all the hardship and lack of care, to have landed somewhere where people like you stepped up to support was so significant for us. Things had been so hard for so long and the care you brought helped us greatly.
