Este guia foi desenvolvido a partir de sugestões recebidas por meio da Central de Atendimento ao Usuário Trensurb. A campanha Etiqueta Urbana Trensurb, lançada em fevereiro de 2011, tem como finalidade mostrar dicas para facilitar o dia a dia dos usuários do trem, estimulando a boa educação, a simpatia e tornando o deslocamento mais agradável. Se cada um fizer sua parte, todos teremos um serviço mais ágil e eficaz para a comunidade. Esta guía fue desarrollada a partir de sugerencias recibidas por medio de Call Centers al Usuario Trensurb. La campaña Etiqueta Urbana Trensurb, lanzada en febrero de 2011, tiene como finalidad mostrar consejos para facilitar el día a día de los usuarios del tren, estimulando la buena educación, la simpatía y haciendo el desplazamiento más agradable. Si cada uno hace su parte, todos tendremos un servicio más ágil y eficaz para la comunidad.
This guide was developed from suggestions received through the Trensurb User`s Call Center. The Etiqueta Urbana Trensurb (Trensurb Urban Etiquette) campaign, launched in February 2011, aims to show tips to facilitate the day-to-day of train users, stimulating good education, friendliness and making the journey more enjoyable. If everyone does their part, we will all have a more agile and effective service to the community.
Nร O OBSTRUA AS PORTAS. ACOMODE-SE AO LONGO DOS CARROS. No obstrua las puertas y acomรณdese a lo largo de los vagones.
Do not obstruct doors and accommodate yourself along the train cars.
MANTENHA-SE À DIREITA NAS ESCADAS E AO ENTRAR E SAIR DOS TRENS. Manténgase a la derecha en las escaleras al entrar y salir de los trenes.
Maintain yourself to the right when using the stairs and to enter and exit the trains.
EVITE SENTAR-SE NO CHĂƒO. Evite sentarse en el piso.
Avoid sitting on the floor.
RESPEITE OS BANCOS PREFERENCIAIS. Respecte los asientos preferenciales.
Respect preferential seats.
USE FONES DE OUVIDO AO VIAJAR ESCUTANDO MÚSICA. Usar auriculares al viajar escuchando música.
Use headphones to hear music while on train.
RETIRE A MOCHILA DAS COSTAS. Retire la mochila de la espalda.
Take off your backpack.
AO SENTAR, NÃO INVADA O ESPAÇO ALHEIO. Al sentarse, no invadir el espacio ajeno.
When sitting, do not invade the other person´s space.
JOGUE O LIXO NA LIXEIRA. Poner la basura en la basura
Put the trash in the trash can.
NÃO SE ENCOSTE NA BARRA. SEGURE-A SOMENTE COM AS MÃOS. No se apoye en la barra. Sosténgase solamente con las manos.
Don´t lean over the bar. Hold it using your hands.
NÃO FIQUE NO TREM NO DESEMBARQUE FINAL. No permanezca en el tren después del desembarque fi nal.
Don´t stay inside the train after the final destination.
NÃO ANDE DE SKATE NAS ESTAÇÕES. No praticar skate en las estaciones.
Put the trash in the trash can.
