PRICING UPDATE REMINDER: 2026

Making it more rewarding to do business with us

As a reminder, after a recent pricing review, we will be introducing updates to deliver more value. These pricing changes will take effect from 1 January 2026.

What’s changing?

We are sharpening pricing on over 200 products from our core range, helping you stay competitive on everyday favourites such as the Nomad Vacuum Bottle range, Panama Pen, Sonnet Cotton Tote Bag, Hydra Sports Umbrella range, and TRENDSWEAR apparel.

Pricing will be updated on our website and effective for orders placed from January 1, 2026.

Back orders and orders placed before 1 January 2026 will have current pricing applied.

API data services and product data files will automatically be updated on 1 January 2026 to reflect the new pricing.

This update is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver more value to your business through our quality products, competitive pricing and reliable service.

Eight principles for trustworthy environmental and sustainability claims

ACCC’s guide to making trustworthy environmental claims identifies eight principles to apply to avoid green washing. We will be highlighting a different principle each month - this month, we are covering Principle 3. Don’t hide or omit important information

Here’s how to get it right: 3

• Don’t leave out important details. Omitting details that provide important context can lead consumers to believe a product is more environmentally friendly than it really is.

• Avoid vague claims. Words like eco-friendly, green, or sustainable need context. Give specifics so customers can understand the impact.

• Make details easy to find. Don’t bury limitations in footnotes or small print. If it matters, it should be visible.

• Keep claims current. Things change over time, such as product formulations or certifications. Make sure your claims reflect the latest info. You can’t expect consumers to make informed decisions if you leave out the parts that matter. That means being upfront about what your product or service does. If key information is hidden, if fine print is buried or if conditions are not mentioned, you may be misleading without meaning to.

Transparency isn’t just about compliance with Consumer Law, it’s about trust. Distributors who communicate openly help customers make informed choices and support genuine sustainability. Clear, honest communication makes your customers trust you and makes your sustainability efforts count.

CHINESE NEW YEAR

Year of the Horse

With the Chinese New Year fast approaching on the 17th of February, we wish to remind you that factories in China will be temporarily closed from the end of January through to the end of February.

This annual shutdown is a customary practice, and while it may impact the lead time of indent orders and airfreight requests, we’ve proactively taken measures to mitigate any potential delays. We have extended our listed lead times on the website to allow for necessary adjustments during this period of closure.
