We are Lucia Scheige and Noah Scheige, the children of company founder Bernhard Bauer, who sadly passed away at the beginning of 2023. We would like to thank you once again for the solidarity and sympathy you have shown us. The strong support from you and our entire team helps us tackle new challenges with confidence and vigour.

In the spirit of our father and in line with our company philosophy, we will continue to offer high-quality organic and natural products at a fair price. As an ecological company, we have attached great importance to a resource-conserving and sustainable way of working and producing for over 40 years, which has also been reflected in our CO2-neutral company building made of wood since 2018.

SAVON DE PROVENCE • TRADITIONAL • PURE PLANT SOAP Our promise: We produce all our soaps in Provence from a 100% vegan and certified organic soap base. Thanks to the traditional production process, our soaps are particularly economical and their fine fragrance is retained to the very last bar.

THE PRODUCTION Traditional soap making in Provence is considered one of the best in the world. We still produce all Savon du Midi® soaps in Provence, France, using traditional knowledge and in the tradition of Provençal soapmakers.

COLORS & FRAGRANCE Savon du Midi® soaps are available in a wide variety of scents and colors. A few varieties are not COSMOS-certified, despite having an organic-certified soap base. These are tried and tested recipes for which we are constantly on the lookout for certifiable substitutes.

TRADITION MEETS INNOVATION In addition to traditional soaps, we develop innovative products such as our solid hair care with organic hemp oil. We can produce limited editions, exciting shapes and embossing in all possible forms.

ORIGINAL COSMETIC PRODUCTS Our range is characterised by products that have been tried and tested over several generations and are still used today to cleanse and care for skin and hair.

ALEPPO SOAP • CERTIFIED NATURAL COSMETICS The hand-cut olive oil soaps have been traditionally made in Syria for over 1200 years. They are refined with a variable proportion of laurel oil and are particularly skin-friendly. In addition to the traditional Aleppo soaps, we also produce hair soaps, special recipes and shapes.

NAPUR COSMETICS • PURE NATURE • 100% ORGANIC CERTIFIED FINigrana® NaPur cosmetics are handmade in our own organic factory in Korschenbroich. Our raw materials, which are 100% certified organic, are sourced directly from social projects, long-term partnerships and sustainable sources. We work without alcohol, water, fragrances and other additives.

TRADITIONAL SOAP · PURE PLANT-BASED L‘ART DE VIVRE stands for the Provençal art of living. Pampered by the sun and embedded in beautiful nature, it creates an attitude to life that is characterised by lightness and indulgence. Intense fragrances reminiscent of magnificent wild roses, blooming lavender fields and lush herb meadows round off the fascination of Provence.

For over 40 years, these sensory impressions from the south of France have been the inspiration for our products, which we have always produced with love and care in Provence.

Our soaps are produced with the traditional expertise and in the tradition of Provençal soap makers. All our soaps are made from a purely vegetable and certified organic soap base.

Depending on the variety, the soap base is refined with organic shea butter, argan oil, olive oil, flower parts as well as perfumes, essential oils and natural color pigments, resulting in outstanding soap quality.

All soaps are stored in our CO2-neutral warehouse in Korschenbroich, packaged by hand and prepared for despatch.

SHEA BUTTER SOAP - Proven Quality For 30 Years Shea soap is a traditional product from Provence. Our scented soaps are refined with valuable organic shea butter, natural color pigments, clays and high-quality fragrances.

Shea butter has a moisturising effect and protects the skin from drying out in the long term. In shea soaps, shea butter also provides the particularly creamy lather. No animal fats are used in any of our soaps - except for two recipes (honey/milk & honey), all varieties are vegan.

FINIGRANA® ORIGINAL ALEPPO SOAP The origin of today‘s FINigrana® product range goes back to the hand-cut Aleppo soaps based on pure olive oil.

The FINigrana® Aleppo soap logo is based on the botanical representation of the silver blossom. This grows on the back of the olive leaves and provides the olive tree with vital moisture during dry periods, which it extracts from the air.

We have been importing high-quality Aleppo soaps from Syria since 2006 and are pleased that we are still working with our original soap maker Pearl-Soap / Talal Anis despite the ongoing circumstances in Syria.

All of our Aleppo soaps are certified natural cosmetics. We are currently in the registration phase for COSMOS NATURAL at IONC and look forward to being able to display the new logos later this year. Please contact us for more information.

TRADITIONALLY HAND-CUT Our bestsellers are made from pure olive oil, or olive oil and laurel oil. The saponified olive oil promotes the skin‘s own moisturizing and gently cleanses the skin. The laurel oil gives the soap a distinctive scent, has an antiseptic effect and promotes blood circulation.

SHAPED AND SPECIAL SOAPS Shaped and special soaps are made from hand-cut Aleppo soaps. After the maturing process, the soaps are crushed and pressed into shape or processed into flakes, e.g. for home and garden use.

Shaped Aleppo soaps have shades of color ranging from light green to ochre.

The special soaps include Terra Rossa (with 30% red clay) and Nigella Sativa (with 2% black cumin oil).

SOLID HAIR SOAP Solid hair soap is sustainable and environmentally friendly. The advantages are obvious: no plastic packaging, less transportation volume and biodegradable.

Hair soaps are alkaline and a natural alternative for gentle cleansing of hair and scalp. Our nourishing hair soaps are suitable for the whole body and are ideal for on the go.

FINigrana® hair soaps are saponified from olive, coconut, laurel, almond and wheat germ oil and then refined. They are free from chemical additives and are characterized by their particularly high yield. We have been importing our hair soaps with the same basic recipe since 2013.

GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT FINIGRANA® ALEPPO SOAP THE ORIGINAL SINCE 2006 The term Aleppo soap is not protected. We have been importing from the same manufacturer since 2006 to ensure that we are dealing with authentic Aleppo soaps. We are not only certified by the BDIH, but also commission independent tests (e.g. pesticide screening, fatty acid spectrum, derma test). All test results and product information refer explicitly and exclusively to FINigrana® Aleppo soaps.

THE RAW MATERIALS OLIVE & LAUREL OIL The recipe for traditional Aleppo soap is always based on pure olive oil, which is then refined with different proportions of laurel oil. The saponified olive oil cleanses the skin and moisturizes it at the same time. The saponified laurel oil (also known as laurel butter) creates a pleasant fragrance and has an antiseptic effect. The natural, plant-based ingredients support the skin‘s renewal process and provide excellent care.

GENTLE SAPONIFICATION The traditional production process and the use of high-quality, purely plant-based raw materials give Aleppo soap its outstanding quality.

The soap is boiled until the saponification process is complete. After cooling, the soap is cut by hand, stamped, stacked and dried for 9-12 months until it is finally ripe. The soap can then be stored dry for decades without losing quality.

During drying, the Aleppo soap acquires its ochre-colored surface. The olive green color remains inside the soap. The smaller the green core, the longer the soap has been stored.

THE APPEARANCE OF SOAP If small brown oil spots are visible on the soap, this is a natural effect that can be caused by fluctuating temperatures and/or excessive humidity.

If white spots are visible on the soap, these are natural salt deposits.

The quality is not affected in either case and the small stains are simply washed away with the first use.

STORE & PRESERVE For the best yield of solid soap, it is essential to keep it dry after each use. In addition to classic soap dishes, magnetic soap holders, small natural brushes, loofah sponges or a simple cord are also suitable for this purpose.

Our tips for better storage: "Soap on the Roap" - Simply use a suitable drill to carefully drill a hole through the soap, pull the cord through, tie a knot and you‘re done.

"Soap on the Brush" - Use a simple nail brush with the bristles facing upwards as a soap dish. Then use the brush to clean the bathroom to utilize the washing power of the soap residue.

In contrast to conventional nail files, the abrasive surface is produced directly in the glass and therefore does not wear away. Thanks to its very effective cut, our glass nail file is just as suitable for shortening nails as it is for the "finishing touch".

The foot and callus file has a coarse side for removing calluses and a fine side for smoothing the skin.

NAPUR COSMETICS FROM OUR OWN PRODUCTION Natural · Puristic · Skin-friendly Pure skin oils and plant-based butters are the original form of body care and have been used in many cultures for thousands of years to care for skin and hair.

Only certified organic oils and butters from sustainable sources are processed in our CO2-neutral factory. A maximum of four different oils and butters are combined for our soft and firm body butters.

These high-quality oils and fats provide the skin with valuable vitamins and important fatty acids and protect the skin from external environmental influences day and night.

We do not use water, alcohol, colorants, fragrances, preservatives or other additives.

Our NaPur cosmetics are universal and can therefore be used from head to toe and are easy to apply.

Pure skin oils and body butters are an ideal alternative to lotions, ointments and creams, especially for allergy sufferers and sensitive skin types.

Allround - Every product in the NaPur Cosmetics range can be used from head to toe and is labeled "Allround". Our recommendations for the respective applications (e.g. hands & feet) are based on scientific literature and our many years of experience with the respective raw materials.

NAPUR COSMETICS • PURE ORGANIC BUTTER Our pure organic butters are solid when cool and become soft to liquid (coconut oil) as the temperature rises. Pure organic body butter can be used pure from head to toe and is ideal for making your own cosmetic products (DIY).

Pure Organic Shea Butter is used for daily skin and body care and is suitable for all skin types, especially for dry or allergy-prone skin. Organic shea butter provides long-lasting protection against dehydration and makes the skin smooth and supple. Our shea butter is deodorized*.

Pure Organic Cocoa Butter melts at body temperature and smells slightly of chocolate, is quickly absorbed by the skin and leaves it silky soft. Cocoa butter has a soothing and nourishing effect, especially on chapped and dry skin.
