All ad materials must be in digital format. All digital files must be sent as CMYK 300 dpi PDF (preferred) or native file with fonts, support images in .eps or .tif format (300 dpi), and a spec sheet listing file name, software used, fonts and support images. Digital files are accepted via email or file transfer platform. Tree of Life Canada accepts no responsibility for accuracy or colour.
Two page spread should be set up as two single pages. All ads must be created to exact size listed on mechanical specifications sheet.
Keep live matter 1/4” from gutter to trim. All collected files must be accompanied by both the screen and printer fonts used.
In-Line Shoutouts will require the following:

2. All advertisements will be subject to the approval of Tree of Life Canada, which will be entitled to revise or reject materials, upon consultation with the supplier, for any reason including judgement as a legality and honesty of claims.
3. Rates quoted and billings are in Canadian dollars.
