Not just a gym or a membership fee, It’s
a community!
Ready for a REvitalization of yourself? Not interested in standard gyms, or studios where you are often left to your own devices without any sense of belonging…then exploring Vero’s only boutique spin and strength experience might be the answer. No matter your condition, your age, your goals, your readiness, or your fitness level; it does not define your potential. Afterall, cycling and strength training is for everyone!
Owner and seasoned trainer, Danielle Kireyczyk, started her career more than a decade ago and opened the first-ofits-kind spin studio in Westfield, MA back in 2018 that is still thriving today. In 2020, Covid brought her to Florida with her father and soon after, she fell in love. A few short years later, REsistance was born and offers up a variety of instructors in a unique space that blends community and high-energy fitness. Best part, every 45-minute session is designed for all levels while encouraging guests to listen to their own bodies along the journey giving everyone the power to make the training session their own. Of course, listening to your body is easiest when not distracted with a cell phone and the many tasks that come up because of it in hand. Hence, there is a kind NO cell phone policy with adorable little phone lockers in the cozy lobby that ensures everyone fully enjoys and benefits from the class experience.
Open seven days a week, and all holidays except Christmas, with early morning, afternoon, and evening classes REsistance has a user-friendly app that is downloadable from their website to help every member and guest alike secure spots for whichever class or trainer best works in their schedule. With twenty bikes and diverse equipment in the strength training space, one can feel like a part of a community without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, the large space provides multiple zones to refresh after a class allowing everyone to go about their day feeling energized and healthier than before.
At REsistance, the spin studio requires shoes with clips to be worn to allow for maximum connection to the bike; don’t worry, they have some you can borrow! And unlike other workout venues, there are no additional fees or accessories you must purchase to get the full experience at
REsistance. From lights to energizing music and an empowering instructor, the workouts are athletically challenging and body changing.
As for strength classes, no two people are the same and once your sneakers are on, you will grow stronger with each, coach-led training session. Afraid of getting bored with the same old routine each time? Don’t be! Different formats of classes with be offered throughout the week to keep a steady state of muscle confusion and development. It is the quality of a full time dedicated personal trainer that typically costs thousands for just a couple hundred, “affordable personal training,” Danielle boasts proudly. Even better, the results are not defined by scales or monitors during a workout, instead it is in your quantifiable feelings as an outcome to your dedication such as sleeping better, clothes fitting again, growing stronger, etc.
With a friendly greeter upon entry, a solid good vibes mantra, and the understanding of life’s constant variables, trying REsistance for yourself is key and there are a variety of ways to do so including your first FREE class. Fall in love and you can buy class packages if you are seasonal or can only attend a couple classes per month. However, if you are all in after your first few sessions, one can commit to a monthly membership with unlimited access to classes and an array of other perks like guest passes, discounts on apparel featuring fun phrases and styles, as well as early access registration for specialty classes and events for as little as $200 a month. (Discounts given for students and veterans.) As Danielle describes, “it is not a fee as much as it is an investment in your health.”
Want to check it out for the first time in more of a party format? Great! Join the team, several members, and fellow business professionals as well as the rest of the community at large for the REsistance Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, April 9th from 4:30-7:30 with live classes in action and the official Ribbon Cutting at 5:15pm. With ample amounts of parking just east of US1 on 8th Street in Vero Beach, you are encouraged to drop by and say hi and seeing the space for yourself, feeling the excitement and camaraderie.

Spring DIY Projects to Refresh Your Home
Spring is the perfect time to refresh your home with simple, creative DIY projects that bring new life to your space. Whether you’re looking to add a pop of color, get organized, or spruce up your outdoor area, these easy projects will help you welcome the season in style.
1. Painted Terra Cotta Planters
Give your patio or windowsill a colorful upgrade with hand-painted terra cotta pots. All you need are some basic clay pots, acrylic paint, and a sealant to protect them from the elements. Choose bright spring colors or try a fun pattern like polka dots or stripes. Once dry, fill them with herbs, succulents, or flowers for an instant springtime touch.
2. DIY Floral Wreath for Your Front Door
Nothing says “spring” like a fresh floral wreath! Using a grapevine wreath base, attach artificial flowers, greenery, and a decorative ribbon with hot glue or floral wire. Choose pastel colors for a soft spring feel or go bold with vibrant blooms. Hang it on your front door to create a welcoming entrance.
3. Upcycled Mason Jar Vases
Turn old mason jars into charming vases for fresh flowers. Simply clean the jars, paint them with chalk paint for a vintage look, and lightly distress them with sandpaper. Wrap twine around the rim for a rustic touch. These vases make the perfect centerpiece for a dining table or mantel.
4. Handmade Rope Basket for Storage
Get organized in style with a DIY rope basket. Take a simple plastic
bin and wrap it in thick rope using a hot glue gun. Add fabric lining or handles for a more polished look. These baskets are great for holding blankets, toys, or even potted plants.
5. Outdoor String Light Lanterns
Create a magical outdoor space with homemade lanterns. Fill glass jars with battery-operated fairy lights or small candles for a warm glow. Arrange them on a patio table, along a walkway, or hang them from tree branches for an inviting ambiance during spring evenings.
6. Scented DIY Room Sprays
Freshen up your home with a natural, homemade room spray. Mix distilled water, witch hazel, and a few drops of your favorite essential oils (like lavender, lemon, or eucalyptus) in a spray bottle. Use it to mist your living spaces, linens, or even your car for a fresh, spring-inspired scent.
7. Wooden Herb Garden Markers
If you’re starting a spring herb garden, make personalized wooden markers to label your plants. Use small wooden stakes or popsicle sticks, paint them in fun colors, and write herb names with a permanent marker or wood-burning tool. They’re both practical and decorative!
Get Creative This Spring!
These DIY projects are simple, fun, and a great way to bring a fresh feel to your home this season. Whether you’re crafting for fun or updating your space, spring is all about new beginnings—so why not start with a little creativity?

Transform Your Outdoor Living Spaces with Graphics & Signage.
Spring is the perfect time to refresh your outdoor spaces, turning patios, pool areas, and backyards into stylish and functional retreats. Whether you want to enhance privacy, add decorative touches, or brand an outdoor area for a vacation rental or home business, graphics and signage offer creative and affordable solutions. Here’s how you can use printed wall murals, window decals, and privacy films to elevate your outdoor living space.
Printed Wall Murals: A Bold Statement for Any Space
Wall murals aren’t just for indoor use—they can transform exterior walls, fences, and even poolside cabanas. Weatherresistant and UV-protected materials allow for vibrant, long-lasting designs that bring personality to any outdoor setting. Consider tropical landscapes, ocean views, or artistic patterns to create an inviting and stylish atmosphere in your backyard.
For businesses, custom wall murals can help establish a brand presence. A vacation rental can benefit from a scenic or themed mural that enhances the guest experience, making it more Instagram-worthy and memorable.
Window Decals: Decorative and Functional
Windows and glass doors provide excellent opportunities for customization. Perforated vinyl decals allow you to add a decorative element without blocking natural light. They can feature beautiful designs such as frosted patterns, coastal imagery, or branded graphics for businesses.
For vacation rentals or home-based businesses, decals can also serve as subtle branding elements, displaying a company logo or welcome message in an elegant and eye-catching way. They can also be used to display hours of operation or business information in a stylish manner.
Privacy Films: Stylish and Practical
If you’re looking to increase privacy without sacrificing style, privacy films are a fantastic option. Frosted or tinted films can provide a sleek, modern look while blocking unwanted views into your outdoor areas. These films work especially well for pool enclosures, patio doors, and outdoor office spaces. For rental properties or Airbnb hosts, privacy films can add a luxurious touch to guest areas while ensuring a comfortable level of seclusion. They are also easy to update or replace, allowing for seasonal or theme-based designs.
Branding Outdoor Spaces for Vacation Rentals & Home Businesses
A well-branded outdoor space can set a business apart, whether it’s a vacation rental, home office, or event space. Consider incorporating signage, wall graphics, and window decals that reflect your brand’s identity. A personalized welcome sign, branded shade structures, or even floor decals can add professional touches that leave a lasting impression.
