About Travel & Co
At Travel & Co, we share your passion for snow, adventure, and the thrill of carving through epic mountain landscapes. Whether it’s your annual snow fix or a once-in-a-lifetime powder mission, we are here to help make it happen and make it unforgettable.
As a New Zealand-owned travel company, we go all out to craft experiences that go far beyond just a trip. It’s about unforgettable moments, pure adrenaline, and the freedom of being out there doing what you love.
We are skiers, boarders, and travel lovers too. We stood at the top of the runs we recommend. With more than 40 years of experience behind us, our
New Zealand-based team knows the slopes like the back of their gloves, from the tree-lines to the towering peaks and beyond. That means you get honest, first-hand advice and insider tips that make a big difference.
When you plan your snow holiday with us, you are talking to someone who lives and breathes the mountains. Someone who’ll plan your trip with the same care and excitement as if it were their own. Because for us, it’s not just about getting you to the mountains. It’s about creating something truly exceptional once you are there.
When it comes to your snow holiday, we have got the inside track.
Why book with Travel & Co
1.We’ve been there. Literally.
Our team doesn’t just talk the talk, we have walked (and skied) the slopes ourselves. With decades of snow travel under our belts, we have carved turns across Canada, Japan, the US, Europe and beyond. We know what makes a resort tick, and we are here to give you real, unbiased advice based on firsthand experience. No guesswork, just honest, insider guidance to help you find your perfect snow escape.
3.We’ve got connections - and they work in your favour.
With over 40 years in business, we have built strong relationships with some of the world’s best ski resorts and providers. That means we unlock exclusive deals, hidden perks, and offers you won’t find with a quick online search. Think free nights, bonus upgrades and early bird specials that give you more value, without the legwork.
5.More value, less stress.
We know how important it is to get real value from your snow holiday. That is why we use our insider access to the latest pricing, specials, and packages to get you more for your budget - without compromising on quality. No hidden costs, just honest advice, tailored options, and better value where it counts. So you can hit the slopes (and après) knowing you are getting the best.
2.We
do the heavy lifting - and help 24/7.
From flights, transfers and lift passes to gear hire, ski lessons and even the right insurance, we handle it all. Everything is coordinated in one seamless itinerary, so you can focus on the fun stuff. And if something unexpected happens, you have got 24/7 emergency support. We are always just a phone call away, ready to sort things out. More fun, less hustle.
4.Tailored trips, just for you.
Your snow holiday should be as unique as your ski style. Whether you are chasing family fun, backcountry thrills or luxe lodge living, we will design a trip that ticks every box. We take the time to get to know what you are into, and we craft your itinerary with the same care we would put into our own. From flights and car rentals to transfers, accommodation, lift passes, insurance options, and more - we have got you covered.

What to consider when planning a snow holiday

If you are planning a ski holiday, especially your first, you might not know where to start and likely have a few questions. That’s where our Snow Holiday Experts come in. But first, here are a few things to consider to get the (snow) ball rolling on your winter getaway.
Pick your location
With so many incredible destinations to choose from, selecting the right resort can feel overwhelming. You probably have a picture in your mind already, but there’s more to think about. Do you want ski-in/skiout accommodation or a luxury boutique lodge? What are the ages and ability levels of the skiers? Are you after a laid-back mountain town or a buzzing après-ski scene?
Our top tip: talk to an expert. It’s the best way to find a resort that ticks all the boxes.
Rent your equipment
Taking your own gear can be a hassle and lugging it through airports and paying for excess baggage. Instead, consider renting the latest demo gear at your resort. We always recommend travelling with your own helmet and goggles.
Lessons & activities
We strongly suggest prebooking your lessons and activities, as spots fill up quickly. You don’t want to miss out on that essential ski lesson or a once-in-a-lifetime dog sled tour. At Travel&Co, we can take care of all these arrangements, often at discounted rates when booked in advance.
When to go
The Northern Hemisphere ski season typically runs from late November to April, though this varies slightly between resorts. Snow quality, pricing, and availability can change dramatically month to month, especially around peak holiday periods like Christmas and New Year’s, which often book out well in advance.
