Polywood® is a cured wood manufactured exclusively by Tramontina Brazil, resistant to high temperatures, shock, as well as being dishwasher safe. The Polywood® line holds a five year warranty against manufacturing defects. Available in red and brown.

JUMBO STEAK KNIVES

The Jumbo line features a bigger size handle and blade width in order to fulfil the demand of the true steak lovers. Handles are available in Polywood®, Traditional wood or Polypropylene and in half or full tang blade sizes.

TRADITIONAL

Traditional line is an ecological line made of Ipê wood from reforestation areas in Brazil.

Wooden handles are double riveted to the blade to guarantee a good fixation. Traditional line is not dishwasher safe.

POLARIS

The beautiful design of the Polaris line features high quality stainless steel from the blade to its handles. It is dishwasher safe and holds a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

ULTRACORTE

Ultracorte line handles are made of polypropylene and treated with Microban, which gives to the handle an anti-microbial protection, assuring for safety against bacteria in the kitchen and restaurant environments.

POLYPROPYLENE

The polypropylene handle knives feature high quality stainless steel blades and vary in handle designs, giving flexibility to your business to choose what fits best on your table.

GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS •

Do not leave unwashed cutlery overnight or for extended periods. Rinse food, salt or detergent off used knives promptly.

For dishwasher safe products, always use a commercial dishwasher rack/caddy to store your knives before starting the washing cycle. The commercial plastic caddy will make sure knives do not scratch each other’s handles and blades are not damaged during the dish washing cycle.

Always store knives with their blades facing the same direction in a dry and clean place (inside a drawer or a commercial cutlery tray, for example).

•

POLYWOOD LINE • Polywood® is dishwasher safe, impact and heat

resistant, however, when in contact with blades and sharp surfaces, handles may be scratched and damaged.

In order to avoid damage during dishwasher cycle, please follow these steps: Do not use any abrasive materials and chemicals in the dishwasher, they may damage the knife rivets.

Just soap and water is recommended to extend the cutlery’s lifespan.

Place knives and other point cutlery downwards in the dishrack to avoid blades to damage the Polywood® handles, the knife itself or other items.
