Introduction For the past few decades, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) has revolutionized the building industry, even more so for the housing market.

The efficient and mass production construction methods have helped to reduce the amount of time, labour and resources needed to build homes for the ever growing population in Singapore. However, one size hardly fits all. PPVC-constructed homes are standardized and only offer few layouts for home buyers to choose from.

Our Project revolutionalises the living experience of today’s mass housing through personalisation and customisation of apartments. You will have a chance to customize your home layout, balcony style to your personal preferences and the public amenities right at your doorstep. The project allows flexibility should your housing needs change in the future.

Customized Home 1. Size

size SIMPLEX Occupancy 69 sqm

Simplex is the most basic apartment type, occupying one unit. The simplex is able to accomodate up to 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and toilets. s1

Occupancy 46 sqm

A smaller version of the simplex is the studio apartment. Acommodating up to 2 occupants, the studio apartment is suitable for students or young professionals. s2 s1

+ An extension of the simplex with the addition of the studio apartment next to it.

This combination allows for larger living spaces and an additional bedroom. sp1 s1

A Simplex Plus can occupy all three units on the same floor, opening up the apartment to accommodate multigenerational and extended families.

A wing of the apartment can be separated to become a home office or less private area from the private living spaces.

A second floor addition to the studio apartment makes a loft studio apartment. This type better separates private living space and common living space in the apartment, while still keeping the total area small and affordable.

Complex units are extra large, intended for extended families or owners that prefer even more spaces for living or working.

Module 1

With built-in service ducts and structural elements, the scheme allows home buyers to opt for many different combinations of room functions.

Module 1 The entrance module is crucial to the apartment. Placing guestrooms and living rooms in this module allow the rest of the apartment to be more private. On the other hand, placing dining and kitchen at the entrance makes the apartment more homely and reserved for family members.

Module 2 The middle module is the heart of the apartment, determining its openness. Placing common, open space in module 2 will create more spacious common living space.

Whereas placing private spaces divides the apartment into public and private sections.

Module 3 The facade module is the most precious location of the apartment.

Owner can choose to place the family’s most private spaces (bedrooms or dining room to the facade.

Others may opt to place the living room where guests can also enjoy the view.
