We cater for weddings large and small, day or evening and offer a choice of wedding packages to suit all tastes. e Hotel can also cater for Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships at no additional charge ~ the perfect choice from start to finish.

Style in the Suites When it’s time to take your seat, treat your guests to an unforgettable dining experience in the Wellington Park’s elegant banqueting suites. e jewel in the Wellington Park’s crown is the airconditioned McWilliam Suite, which can accommodate up to 240 guests in elegant surroundings. For more intimate weddings we also have the Middleton Room which seats up to 80 guests. e Hotel offers a range of spacious double, twin and family bedrooms and is happy to provide discounted rates for guests attending weddings.

Evening Package If you’re getting married overseas and you would like to celebrate with family and friends after your Honeymoon, we have created an inclusive Evening Package which includes a complimentary Banqueting Suite, a fork buffet with a choice of 2 dishes and 3 bottles on wine on each table for only £17.50 per person. (minimum 100 guests)

Your Wedding Terms & Conditions 1.

DEPOSIT – In order to secure the booking, a deposit of £500.00 is required within 14 days of making a provisional booking. A further payment of £750.00 is applicable six months prior to the date of the wedding.

2.

CANCELLATIONS – e requested deposit is non refundable and non transferrable. Cancellations will only be accepted in the form of written confirmation.

3.

MINIMUM NUMBERS (wedding packages) – final numbers must be confirmed 48 HOURS prior to your wedding McWilliam Suite 1 and 2 – 100 adults McWilliam Suite 1 or 2 – 100 adults Middleton Room – 40 adults (ese will be the minimum final numbers charged for these rooms)

PRICES – Please note that prices indicated are based on today’s costs & are subject to fluctuation on a yearly basis. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

CHILDREN – Children under 12 years old can avail of the kids menu or ½ portion of the adult meal, prices available on request. Children must vacate the hotel before 9pm.

6.

ROOM HIRE – Room hire is included in the 3 wedding packages; however room hire is charged if you decide not to take a wedding package.

AMENDMENTS –Should you find it necessary to make any alterations to your details, please ensure you speak to your Wedding Coordinator.

8.

ACCOMMODATION – We would advise anyone wishing to retain a block booking of bedrooms, to make a provisional reservation at the time of booking your wedding. Rooming list must be confirmed one month in advance otherwise the rooms will be released.

9.

FINAL DETAILS –Please arrange an appointment with your Wedding Coordinator at least 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding, in order to discuss and finalise all arrangements for your special day.

10.

FINAL NUMBERS – And any special dietary needs should be confirmed 48 hours beforehand and these will be the minimum numbers charged for. (Refer to Point 3)

11.

ACCOUNT – Full account to be settled 2 days before the wedding by either cash/bankers draft or approved credit card.

12.

GENERAL – e hotel reserves the right to approve any external entertainment or activities which you have arranged, and cannot accept liability for any result on cost. All food and beverage must be supplied by the hotel. It is hotel policy not to permit corkage including miniatures as Wedding favours.

13.

RESPONSIBILITY – e client assumes responsibility for damage caused by them or their guests or any other persons attending the function whether in the function room or any other part of the hotel and undertakes to make good or pay restitution for making good any material damage to furniture, fixtures or fittings.
